Passeios por Genting Highlands

Booked this day tour via Klook app. The booking process was seamless. Arjan is a very good and experienced tour guide. Meeting at the departure point was easy and hassle-free. Batu Caves visit was superb. Genting was great as well. For anyone who wants a short getaway, this is the tour to go to. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide was very informative, and we even got to visit Batu Caves even though it wasn't part of the package, which is a plus. There was also plenty of time for indoor and outdoor rides, but since we're in our thirties, we just played claw machines and took pictures everywhere. You should also be on time, or you might get left behind on the tour. If you have vegetarians with you, there are fewer options for them, but if you're a non-vegetarian, there are many options. So, overall, the tour is a 10/10.

Da an diesem Tag niemand sonst die Tour gebucht hatte, wurde es eine private Tour für uns – und so wollte der Reiseleiter die Zeit unseren Wünschen anpassen, damit wir mehr Zeit an den Orten verbringen konnten, die wir wollten, anstatt nur einem strengen Zeitplan zu folgen. Ich habe den Tag und die gesamte Erfahrung geliebt.

Organizar fue fácil, la recogida fue puntual y nuestro conductor Rajen fue un hombre encantador, muy educado y nos proporcionó información sobre la zona mientras nos dirigíamos a nuestro destino. El Templo de las Cuevas de Batu valió la pena la visita, aunque si no estás en una forma física promedio, subir los escalones podría ser un desafío. El teleférico de Genting Highlands fue divertido con buenas vistas, etc. El Templo de las Cuevas de Chin Swee fue mi parada favorita del viaje. Cuando te bajas del teleférico en el punto intermedio, hay escaleras mecánicas que bajan al templo y luego suben de nuevo para tomar el teleférico hasta la cima. Vale la pena subir a la cima de la pagoda (poco menos de 300 escalones), más o menos lo mismo que las Cuevas de Batu. Los precios de las tiendas outlet son fenomenales... pagué 91 libras por 4 pares de zapatillas Nike en la tienda oficial... vale la pena pagar un poco más que los precios de Petaling Street por imitaciones que no son de buena calidad. Recomiendo este viaje a otros, gracias.

Many thanks to tour guide Tommy for arranging the itinerary, leading us to the local Wen Dong Market to taste Musang King durian, and to the mushroom farm restaurant frequented by locals for lunch. During the trip, the guide thoughtfully reminded us of taboos at each attraction, allowing us to follow the relevant tips while exploring. We had good communication regarding our pick-up for the day. Our original driver was changed as he was delayed on the expressway, so another was found for us so that our day wasn't delayed. The transportation to the cable car was comfortable - all tickets for the cable car were included and easy to use. Definitely stop at the Chinese temple on the way up - escalators take you to it, and then you can continue your journey on the cable car. We weren't interested in the theme parks but walked around the shopping area in the mall and found plenty of places to eat. By the afternoon, the cloud had come in, so that was a different experience on the cable car through the clouds. We ensured we got down in plenty of time to look in the outlet shops before meeting our driver. An easy, stress-free way to explore Genting Highlands.

This was our first time bringing our children to Kuala Lumpur, visiting Batu Caves and Genting Highlands. Our group tour turned into a private tour, and we're grateful the company didn't cancel our booking. Our driver and guide, Tommy, was kind and enthusiastic, making our day rich and fulfilling. Even though it was still a public holiday in Malaysia today, and the queues for the rides at Genting Highlands were very long, we communicated with Tommy and he allowed us an extra hour to play, which we greatly appreciate. The children had a wonderful time!
