Da an diesem Tag niemand sonst die Tour gebucht hatte, wurde es eine private Tour für uns – und so wollte der Reiseleiter die Zeit unseren Wünschen anpassen, damit wir mehr Zeit an den Orten verbringen konnten, die wir wollten, anstatt nur einem strengen Zeitplan zu folgen. Ich habe den Tag und die gesamte Erfahrung geliebt.

We had a great experience with Gobi as our private tour guide from Kuala Lumpur to Colmar and back. The itinerary included stops at the Batu Cave, Batik retail, Japanese Garden, the nearby village, a rabbit farm, and Colmar itself. The entire journey was smooth and comfortable, thanks to Gobi’s excellent driving and well-maintained vehicle. Gobi was knowledgeable, informative, and shared interesting insights throughout the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would definitely consider using his company’s services again when we return. Highly recommended for a relaxed experience.

I had an amazing experience booking through Klook! The entire process was smooth and user-friendly, with a wide range of activities to choose from. The customer service, our guide Mani, was prompt and helpful, ensuring we had all the necessary information before our trip. The tour itself exceeded my expectations, with knowledgeable guide and seamless coordination. Though we never went to Rabbit farm as stated in the itinerary. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend Klook for anyone looking to simplify their travel plans and enjoy top-notch experiences. Looking forward to booking my next adventure with them!

Amazing experience! Our guide is very informative and really knows his history. He is also very opinionated when it comes to culture and lifestyle and that’s a plus! He made sure that we understand the history behind every tourist spot we went to. Overall, it’s a good experience.

Driver picked us up from our airbnb on time. Tour guide was very nice and told us many fun facts of the areas. Colmar Tropicale was fun filled with colorful architectures, very Instagramable place! Japanese village on the other hand was quite underwhelming, don't expect too much great for nature lover but beware of insects. Rabbit farm was ok you get to see cute animals so thats great. Batu caves was an experience be wary of aggresive monkeys and lastly, the batik workshop was intriguing as you get to see them make it live

This trip was worth it! I was hesitant at first because I'm not sure how this works but Klook never disappoints! Everything went well and Lee our tour guide/driver is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful!

Firstly, the communication we had about the trip in the 24 hours leading up to the trip was very helpful; we were contacted via WhatsApp with the driver's information. We had a lovely driver called Mathan, who took us to the different locations, told us some information about the different areas, and was a very pleasant man. It was lovely going to see the different locations, and we had plenty of time at each one.

Everything went perfectly; our guide, Manny, did an excellent job. Most importantly, he took into account that we don't understand English well and tried to communicate with us accordingly, which we appreciated. As for the places themselves, the Japanese and French villages are not worth the money and time spent. The French one is quite beautiful, but that's it; they are too small in area, and there isn't much interesting to see in them.
