They were incredibly nice; not only did they arrange a window seat for us, but they also presented a small cake with a birthday candle. All the guests on the boat sang "Happy Birthday" to my mom – it was truly wonderful! The food was excellent, portions were generous, and drinks were free-flowing. Highly recommended!

A must-do hot air balloon experience in Melbourne. After booking through Klook, I quickly received a confirmation email from the organizer. Two days before the activity, I also received WhatsApp instructions and relevant guidelines from the organizer. We departed on time on the day of the activity. Initially, I was worried about bad weather, but our flight crew member Nick was very professional. He observed the weather, studied the flight path, and clearly explained what to pay attention to before, during, and after the flight. His assistant Brad was also very professional and skilled. The entire process was very smooth, and we were able to see a dazzling sunrise and the beautiful Melbourne city skyline. The whole activity lasted about 4 hours, with the flight time being approximately 1 hour. It was a very unforgettable experience.

You can pick and taste various fruits at the same time, all pesticide-free, offering a rich, sweet, and tangy flavor. It's an outdoor attraction perfect for the whole family. 👍
