The hot air balloon ride with Liberty was absolutely the best experience during our first family trip to Melbourne. During the communication stage the day before the ride, Nick was so nice and responsive to our inquiries and even granted our last-minute request for a pick-up service (with the hot air balloon wagon!) The pre-trip orientation at historical Hotel Windsor was quick, informative, and straight to the point. I personally really enjoyed the preparation of the hot air balloon set-up as we helped and witnessed how it was set up and prepared for the launch. It was our pleasure to ride with Nick, a gentle, elegantly spoken, humor, and seasoned hot air balloon operator as he was great in the air, telling us everything we needed to know, and answering all questions we had. Nick’s colleague Thorne (not sure about the spelling) was nice to my 6-y-o daughter as we exited the van at the end of the trip. It was a superb experience riding hot air balloon with Nick of the Liberty, I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is coming to Melbourne and planning the ride!

This has been the main highlight of our couple's retreat in Melbourne! The weather was fantastic, and we could watch the sunrise appearing in the horizon. The pilot, Nick, and his son were wonderful. They put everybody at ease with their humor and professionalism. It was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will remember forever. Highly recommend to go with Liberty!

Hot air ballooning is an unforgettable and wonderful experience. From the preparation phase to the actual flight, every step is filled with anticipation. Before takeoff, staff will explain safety precautions in detail and involve participants in the hot air balloon's preparation process, which gives a sense of involvement and excitement. As the hot air balloon slowly ascends, the sun gradually rises, and watching this sunrise process makes one forget the worries of daily life. Although arriving at the meeting point at 5:00 AM is quite challenging, the entire process is very enjoyable and a truly worthwhile journey to experience!

It was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience for my family. The weather was good but cold, and we arrived at the meeting place at 4 AM. Please be prepared to help with the setup and pack-up. The pilot, Nick, was friendly and experienced, and we had a good hour-long flight over the Melbourne CBD.

The coaches meticulously checked the weather conditions, confirming them again the day before and on the morning of the flight, as safety is paramount. The experience was very comfortable, not too scary, with beautiful scenery and friendly coaches! You might take off at the same time as other hot air balloons.

A very worthwhile activity! We were so lucky to fly through the clouds and see the sunrise, and also to fly over the CBD – an excellent experience! The pilot's skills were superb; it was very stable up there, and the landing was smooth too! Coming in summer, it wasn't too cold, similar to the ground temperature. It felt quite warm when the flame was on, but sometimes the wind was strong, so wind protection might be more important. The only slightly negative experience was receiving a text message for the meeting time, but it didn't clearly state the exact time, so we had to arrive early at 4 AM, based on the general summer meeting time mentioned in the email. This caused a lot of worry, but fortunately, we still managed to check in successfully.

雖然沒有找到飯店集合點 但其他公司有協助載到熱氣球定點 導遊很專業 空氣很好 等待熱氣球的過程中 非常多蚊子 請一定要注意防蚊液 我是用浴帽把鞋子包住 所以沒有濕 也請注意這點 其他一切很好 對了 因為夏日是早上四點半集合 要不是住飯店附近 要不就是計程車 我是騎電動滑板車 3公里約$10提供給大家參考

Lovely experience with Liberty! Everything was smooth sailing and it was an incredible flight with amazing views over Melbourne City. Will definitely recommend!
