This has been the main highlight of our couple's retreat in Melbourne! The weather was fantastic, and we could watch the sunrise appearing in the horizon. The pilot, Nick, and his son were wonderful. They put everybody at ease with their humor and professionalism. It was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will remember forever. Highly recommend to go with Liberty!

The hot air balloon ride with Liberty was absolutely the best experience during our first family trip to Melbourne. During the communication stage the day before the ride, Nick was so nice and responsive to our inquiries and even granted our last-minute request for a pick-up service (with the hot air balloon wagon!) The pre-trip orientation at historical Hotel Windsor was quick, informative, and straight to the point. I personally really enjoyed the preparation of the hot air balloon set-up as we helped and witnessed how it was set up and prepared for the launch. It was our pleasure to ride with Nick, a gentle, elegantly spoken, humor, and seasoned hot air balloon operator as he was great in the air, telling us everything we needed to know, and answering all questions we had. Nick’s colleague Thorne (not sure about the spelling) was nice to my 6-y-o daughter as we exited the van at the end of the trip. It was a superb experience riding hot air balloon with Nick of the Liberty, I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is coming to Melbourne and planning the ride!

Hot air ballooning is an unforgettable and wonderful experience. From the preparation phase to the actual flight, every step is filled with anticipation. Before takeoff, staff will explain safety precautions in detail and involve participants in the hot air balloon's preparation process, which gives a sense of involvement and excitement. As the hot air balloon slowly ascends, the sun gradually rises, and watching this sunrise process makes one forget the worries of daily life. Although arriving at the meeting point at 5:00 AM is quite challenging, the entire process is very enjoyable and a truly worthwhile journey to experience!

The coaches meticulously checked the weather conditions, confirming them again the day before and on the morning of the flight, as safety is paramount. The experience was very comfortable, not too scary, with beautiful scenery and friendly coaches! You might take off at the same time as other hot air balloons.

The Great Ocean Road tour in Melbourne is an excellent choice. The magnificent coastline, charming beaches, and rich cultural history are absolutely unforgettable. I even took a helicopter ride to overlook the scenery and saw adorable koalas there. It was a truly memorable experience.

A must-do hot air balloon experience in Melbourne. After booking through Klook, I quickly received a confirmation email from the organizer. Two days before the activity, I also received WhatsApp instructions and relevant guidelines from the organizer. We departed on time on the day of the activity. Initially, I was worried about bad weather, but our flight crew member Nick was very professional. He observed the weather, studied the flight path, and clearly explained what to pay attention to before, during, and after the flight. His assistant Brad was also very professional and skilled. The entire process was very smooth, and we were able to see a dazzling sunrise and the beautiful Melbourne city skyline. The whole activity lasted about 4 hours, with the flight time being approximately 1 hour. It was a very unforgettable experience.

The hot air balloon activity is truly excellent value! My family praised it highly! You absolutely must do this tour when you visit Melbourne, it's incredibly worthwhile!
