I have stayed in cbd and took a didi at about Aud10 to the meet up point. Abt 10mins ride. Everything is awesome! No regrets at all! From starting to blow up the balloon to enjoy up in the sky till reaches the ground to start pack up. my pictures says everything! Global Ballooning is excellent with their services and experience.

It was a wonderful first hot air balloon ride! The sunrise and Yarra Valley views were amazing! The pilot was very professional, which made us feel very safe. During the flight, the pilot took photos with a camera suspended from the balloon and sent them to us directly during breakfast. When setting up and packing away the hot air balloon, everyone is invited to help. If you wish to participate, you might want to wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty, as the morning dew makes the hot air balloon on the grass wet. Remember to pay attention to the pre-trip information; whether the hot air balloon can fly will be updated the day before on the provided webpage, along with the meeting time and confirmation of the trip. If you choose the breakfast option, you can gather at a city hotel for a shuttle transfer to the winery (walking through Melbourne's streets at 3 AM is also an experience!), and then proceed to the launch site.

Initially we were contemplating whether to add on breakfast. As the transportation arrangement was better with the add on, we went ahead with it and it was one of the best decision we ever made for our Melbourne trip! Not only was the timing for breakfast perfect, we had an amazing breakfast spread with a view! The whole hot air balloon experience was incredible: exploring Yarra Valley’s lush greenery, spotting the hopping kangaroos & farm animals and watching the sunrise. It made waking up early all worth it! Do try it if you are a scenic-fanatic!

The pilots chose the perfect take-off spot so we could see as much of the sunrise as possible. They were also very friendly in answering our questions. The weather was better than expected, and we successfully chased the sunrise! Paterson also took a group photo for us high in the air, leaving us with wonderful memories. After landing, we all worked together to pack up the hot air balloon, and of course, ended with a lovely breakfast.

難忘的體驗，因住在Balgownie Estate所以集合很方便。熱氣球沒有想像中飛得高，到了雲層就下來了，遺憾熱氣球起飛的地點看不到日出，天從漆黑一到6點就光了，沒看到太陽出來，但總括來說是難忘的，只是價錢較貴。

The whole process was smooth, and the staff were all super nice. Although the weather wasn't great and we didn't see the sunrise, watching the sea of clouds and the sun was truly spectacular. It's definitely a must-do experience in life! Everyone working together to set up the hot air balloons was amazing, and the self-service breakfast was also delicious.

Although it took some twists and turns to get airborne, the beautiful scenery of the Yarra Valley in the early morning was definitely worth the trip! The hotel's buffet breakfast after the hot air balloon ride was also very satisfying (the scent of the hand soap and lotion provided in the restroom was refreshing, so much so that I specifically bought a tube of the same hand cream after returning to Melbourne).
