I welcomed the New Year 2020 on a hot air balloon, and it was truly a fantastic experience. It was such a wonderful experience, seeing the city of Melbourne and the Yarra Valley in the distance. Simon, the pilot, was also very skilled and flew safely, allowing me to fully enjoy the hot air balloon experience. They offer a pickup service right in front of your accommodation. It can get quite chilly when you're up in the air, so it's a good idea to bring a windbreaker, a light padded jacket, or a hoodie.

We had a wonderful experience, even though the first flight was unsuccessful. We would suggest checking the weather conditions before booking.

Awesome ride today with my family! The scenery is stunning and beautiful, especially the sunrise 🌄🌞😍

A fantastic and very relaxing experience, an activity everyone should try at least once in their lifetime.

It's a lovely experience. Must definitely go for it. The spectacular view and the friendly crew. 👍

Sad. I couldn't take the ride due to bad weather. It was not easy to get a full refund even though the terms and conditions state that I am entitled to one. I was bounced between Klook and the operator for a while.

Due to weather conditions, the company notified us one day in advance that the flight on July 31st was cancelled. Remember to check your email. We tried to reschedule, but the flight was cancelled again on August 4th due to strong winds. We then tried to reschedule for the last day of our trip, August 5th, but it was a weekend and fully booked, so we couldn't make arrangements. If you really want to experience a hot air balloon ride, you must arrange it early in your itinerary. The cost is expensive, and we hope to receive a refund eventually.

No pude ir debido al clima. Lo he estado posponiendo y tampoco ayudó.
