Tour guide Mandy is incredibly enthusiastic and service-oriented! Her explanations of British history were very professional. Although the journey was long, the schedule was very smooth, and the roujiamo provided for lunch was delicious! There was also free time to explore the two universities. Highly recommended! 😊

Before departure, a WhatsApp, WeChat, or Line group will be created to provide meeting instructions. During the trip, the communication app will also be used to provide guides or meeting times, which is very convenient. Although this tour is long, the time allotted for each attraction is not excessive. However, Dr. Wang tried his best to give everyone enough time and provided ways for everyone to visit, dine, or use the restroom smoothly. The explanations on the bus and the detailed lecture at Oxford University were also very thorough. Throughout the trip, appropriate time was given for explanations and rest. He is a 100-point excellent tour guide, highly recommended! The only minor flaw was that before the meeting, the instructions for the meeting time and location clearly stated that seat selection on the bus would be based on the check-in time and number, first come, first served. We arrived at 7 AM, and the number of people at the bus stop was very clear and obvious at that time. As time passed, a tall young man arrived first and checked in according to his arrival order. At this point, we raised an objection, but it was only one or two people, so we let it go. We also informed him who arrived first and who arrived later, and everyone subsequently checked in with him. We clearly heard him give everyone the sequence as 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and so on. When it was time to board the bus, another woman (possibly one of the local travel agency members, as there were three groups that day, and she also helped direct) told four older women to board first. Everyone asked if it shouldn't be in the order of number 1, number 2, and she actually claimed they were number 0?! We clearly did not see these four older women when we arrived at 6 or 7 AM, and number 0 was not mentioned when registering on the check-in sheet. The registration order was clearly audible to everyone. Only when it was time to board the bus did she say there was a number 0 cutting in front, and they even took the very front row of seats on the left and right! If there are connections, personal favors, or VIPs who need seats arranged, please don't make it so obvious and unpleasant. It ruined the good mood for the outing early in the morning! Further evidence is that when the tour guide first called names for the meeting, he also started from family number 1, 2, 3, and it was one of the older women who said they were family number 0. Only then did the tour guide include them in subsequent roll calls. This shows that generally, no one uses 0 as a check-in sequence. It is suggested that next time you want to reserve seats for guests, do not arrange them so haphazardly.

The day's itinerary was packed, and there were many people queuing at the attractions, but the lines moved, so the pace was still manageable. The tour guide was very thoughtful and meticulous.

No matter what questions group members asked, he could answer almost immediately. His knowledge was incredibly rich, and his sharing was vivid and engaging, never making anyone feel bored. Even more touching was his thoughtfulness and attentiveness. Since my mother, sister, and I were traveling together, Brother Xiangchen paid special attention to the group's needs, even thoughtfully arranging for us to use the restrooms at a hotel, making the long journey much more comfortable. Throughout the trip, we could feel his genuine care for every traveler; he always had a kind smile, making the entire team atmosphere very warm and pleasant. The reason this trip was so unforgettable is truly thanks to Brother Xiangchen's professionalism and dedication. He was more than just a tour guide; he was like a friend willing to travel with us and share stories. His flexibility, rich experience, enthusiasm, and warmth left my mother, sister, and me with wonderful memories. If we join another tour group in the UK or Europe in the future, we will definitely want to sign up again, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to have Brother Xiangchen lead our tour again!
