My wife and I recently booked the Klook Mt. Omuro & Izu trip, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, largely thanks to our guide, Andrew. He was exceptionally attentive, organized, and welcoming throughout the entire day. Andrew truly went the extra mile for everyone in our group, taking amazing care of all the details and making sure we were both comfortable and well looked after. I highly recommend joining an Izu day tour. Every scenic spot we visited was beautiful, and the experience was excellent. However, the weather is crucial. When I went, it was slightly overcast, so the sea captured from the sightseeing train wasn't as blue, but the scenery along the way was still lovely. My personal favorite was Mount Omuro; it was adorably green, like a matcha pudding. Even though it wasn't a perfectly sunny day, it didn't affect my experience of exploring Mount Omuro. The Izu Cactus Park is diagonally opposite the foot of Mount Omuro. The driver said we could arrange our time to visit both Mount Omuro and the zoo, but I chose to spend more time at Mount Omuro and didn't enter the zoo, so I can't comment on it. The driver arranged for this trip was very punctual and responsible. There were people of different nationalities on the bus, and he introduced each attraction to us in both English and Chinese, with very clear directions. The seats in the car were clean and comfortable, and the overall feeling was quite good. Therefore, I recommend everyone choose this Izu day tour itinerary~ I wish everyone a pleasant journey and sunny weather!

The tour guide provided kind explanations and did their best to help. It was wonderful to be able to communicate in Chinese in Japan, where language can be a barrier. The trip was very relaxing; although the journey was long, it wasn't tiring. It's definitely worth it for friends who haven't been before to join this tour!

Mila was our guide and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly and went above and beyond for me. It was a long day but the spots were beautiful if you just wanted a quick day trip/break from Tokyo. I am a solo female traveller also and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!

This day trip to Mount Omuro was fantastic! The cable car ride up the mountain was a lot of fun, and the 360-degree ocean and mountain views from the crater trail were breathtaking. The Jogasaki Coast and suspension bridge in the afternoon were also spectacular. Not having to figure out complicated transfers myself, being able to sleep and rest on the bus, and the smooth itinerary made it highly recommended!

A very responsible team. Although the number of participants in our group was small, the vendor changed to a private car arrangement to provide maximum convenience for the group. They also accommodated us on the day despite bad weather, showing a high level of trustworthiness. The driver's professionalism and safety made us feel completely at ease throughout our day trip.

We had a large bus for a cozy group of about 12 people. The ride was comfortable since the journey was long, but we were given breaks at rest stops along the way. The guides took good care of us. The weather was great, and we were given enough time to explore Jogasaki Coast and Mount Omuro. The latter was foggy at times, and taking a walk around the crater felt mystical because of the fog and the illusion of low-hanging clouds. It was also cool to walk around, which was a good respite from the hot, humid summer.
