Because it rained for the entire 3-hour hike that day, the trail conditions required extra attention. However, for sections requiring hands and feet, I believe children over 10 years old could also hike if the weather were better. Along the way, the guide will monitor the trail conditions and clear obstacles in advance. The scenery is beautiful. If you want to spend half a day experiencing Chiang Mai's nature, this is highly recommended. We left the city around 9:30 AM and returned around 3:30 PM. During this time, we first visited Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, then began the 3-hour hike, and finally ended at a cozy cafe with coffee and food. After an hour of rest, we drove back. It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent, a change of clothes, sufficient water, and a raincoat.

James is an excellent tour guide. He has a lot of knowledge about each temple and the life of Buddha. I really appreciate his dedication to his work. It was definitely a serene experience. Two thumbs up for James and Mr. Driver.

Beautiful places and throughout the trip there was not a moment of dullness & boredom because our tour guide, Peter was so funny and entertaining!! He also shared some interesting historical stories that we’ve not heard before from any social media platform. Definitely recommend Peter as your tour guide!

I had a tour with the guide, whose name was "New." She was great, giving us an excellent history lesson on the caves and temples, and a lot of information about the art and different Buddhas. She also spent a lot of time describing the history of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, and the king who built the city. 100/10 for this tour. It also provided some of the best pictures of our trips.

Our tour guide, Mr. Qi, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, giving us a basic understanding of the two Buddhist temples. The weather was excellent that day, and the night view of Chiang Mai city was stunning! Additionally, the guide thoughtfully asked each group member if they wanted photos taken. P.S. The mountain road to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is winding, so it's recommended that those prone to motion sickness take medication beforehand.
