Wow. We started the tour quite late at 9:30 AM compared to other groups. However, while waiting in line before entering Tiananmen, our guide JULIA (remember her name) was incredibly informative compared to other groups' guides. She explained a lot of historical background and shared some trivia in very fluent English, and she was also very funny. She was a non-stop machine of a history teacher, explaining everything step by step and minute by minute. The tour involved about 5 hours of walking, so prepare comfortable shoes, water, and a small meal (such as bread or onigiri), as we don't stop for lunch during the tour. Make sure to have a big breakfast. The tour finished at 4:00 PM, and she even gave us restaurant recommendations to try.

Jhenny was an amazing guide, even though I booked the wrong tour (the Chinese one instead of the English one), she made sure to make me feel very welcome. I definitely recommend her, because she explains every little detail.

We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Ms. Lisa, during our Iconic Beijing Private Tour. She was very efficient, professional, and well-organized throughout the day. Her explanations at every location were clear, detailed, and easy to understand, which made the tour even more enjoyable and meaningful. She was also very caring and attentive to us, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The lunch arrangement was excellent as well – nicely chosen and well-organized. Driver Chrise for the first day was good at English speaking, driving skill and information. 2nd day guild also good at English speaking. clear communication and travel information. However, our illiterary was rearrangment so are confused for the travelling plan at the beginning. We also cannot bring the luggage with us to great wall because there was no spec. Hotel at great wall was great.

Roger's explanations are professional, and he knows the route very well! Following him allows you to learn about most of the culture and history.

Mr. Tien was punctual and contacted us via WhatsApp a day earlier to confirm our plans. Even though we didn't speak good Mandarin, he was patient and eager to explain the history of the Great Wall to us. He took us to a good halal restaurant on our way to the Summer Palace. The tour was fun and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I wished there was more time for the tour as we ran a little short towards the end and did not have much time to explore Beihai Park. Overall, I would recommend this tour as the tour guide was good and transport is provided between locations.
