This travel experience truly exceeded expectations! The driver was professional and attentive throughout, with steady driving skills and familiarity with the routes, ensuring a smooth and safe journey. Not only was he punctual for pick-ups and drop-offs and provided excellent service, but he also proactively helped with luggage and reminded us of important details, just like a caring and reliable family member. He patiently explained things along the way, answered all our questions, and arranged the itinerary reasonably without rushing, making the entire trip relaxed and comfortable. He is genuinely warm and sincere, meticulous, and responsible in his work – definitely a perfect travel butler! Highly recommended, I will choose him again for my next trip!

I was very satisfied with this event. Tour guide Chen was excellent at leading the group, familiar with local routes, ensuring safety and speed. The scenery was beautiful, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend coming to visit.

More than a week passed quickly. This was my first trip to Northern Xinjiang, and the itinerary included Urumqi-Altay-Kanas-Hemu-Sayram Lake. The pick-up and drop-off service was very comprehensive, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation arrangements. Many thanks to Master Guo Jing! He was very familiar with the routes between attractions and cities, drove very steadily, and also reminded us to pay attention to the scenery and animals. He thoughtfully prepared snacks, yogurt, and hot water. The 7-seater car was also very comfortable, and the heated and massage seats were great for winter travel! Master Guo Jing's drone photography was also amazing! He also took great care of me, who was traveling alone and joined a group, haha~ I will definitely come back to Xinjiang again!

Overall, the trip experience through Klook was quite good. Although there were some discrepancies between the itinerary and the original plan, the butler was very responsible, responded quickly, and actively assisted in coordinating and resolving issues, allowing the entire trip to proceed smoothly. The driver was experienced, very familiar with road conditions, drove steadily, and had a humorous personality, making the long journey easy and pleasant. Overall, the professionalism and dedication of the service team compensated for the shortcomings in the arrangements, making it a memorable trip nonetheless.

Tour Guide: Our driver and guide, Mr. Xi'er, was excellent! He took great care of us throughout the trip and was very easy to communicate with! Overall, the itinerary was well-planned! Attractions: The chosen attractions were quite classic, but it would have been even better if 1-2 more could have been added! Accommodation: Most accommodations were 4-5 star, and apart from one night in a cabin which was a bit rustic, the rest were quite good.

This tour package exceeded my expectations by far. I'm a solo traveler and new to China. I don't speak any Chinese. I joined this small group tour with 4 locals. We had a great time traveling with them, even though I don't speak Chinese at all. WeChat bridged the language barrier. Besides, the itinerary was good and flexible. Due to unpredictable weather in Altay, which prevented us from going to Kanas and Hemu, the local tour operator revised the itinerary and gave us a refund, for which I am truly grateful. Finally, the driver, Xiao Ma, is the best and most professional. He's not only a driver but also a tour leader, expert navigator, and my roommate. He truly made this trip so memorable. I highly recommend this tour package, which will make your trip in China worry-free.

We are extremely grateful to have had Master Ma Ming Qiang 马明强 with us throughout our Xinjiang trip. He is friendly, approachable, and incredibly reliable! the kind of driver who immediately makes you feel safe and comfortable. There were days when the road was misty and visibility was low, but he remained calm, attentive, and highly professional, getting us to every destination safely. Without him, the trip would definitely not have been the same. He is also very attentive to our needs, always checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. Every day felt fun and enjoyable because he would share stories, explain local culture, and even go the extra mile to bring us to beautiful spots we didn’t even expect. We truly appreciate his effort and his warm personality. He is honestly very very very good! highly recommended! Our Xinjiang trip was so much more memorable because of him. 👍👍🙌🙌
