Our SanSan Hathway is such a lovely guide, love to be on her trip to Fuji. She is the type of local guide I am looking for that can speak good English, easy to understand. Thank you for the Japan history catch-up. We had a wonderful trip to Fuji. All stops were similar to what has been mentioned in the itinerary. Recommended to book! The trip left on time and returned as it is to Tokyo station. Thanks🌹

A very nice trip, we get to experience Fuji Kawaguchi area, although that day we can’t even see The Fuji Mountain. But, still a very best experience. The driver very nice, and Ms. Diane as our tour guide very attention and so very nice lady. Definitely very worth experience.

The tour guide was very approachable, patient, and friendly throughout the whole trip. We were able to visit all the places listed in the itinerary without feeling rushed. The weather was also great during our trip, which made the sightseeing even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable tour, and we truly appreciated the guide’s effort in making the experience smooth and fun for everyone. Highly recommended!

We had a great tour today with Joe! We were so lucky and saw Mt. Fuji so clearly. The tour was as described, good views from the boat, a nice matcha experience, and beautiful views from the lake. Joe was very kind and informative, he also gave lots of helpful recommendations! We would book again, and are grateful we got Joe, he was very fun to have!

Our guide Vivienne was great. She exceeded expectations all around - she was clear in explaining where we were going and what we would be seeing; she made time-keeping and heading back to the bus easy, and was pragmatic about the realities of a day trip without burdening us with endless caveats. She also arranged seating for us on the bus, which avoided much trouble among fellow passengers. I brought my parents on this trip and they found the entire experience with Vivienne very safe and worry-free. It was no small feat as we had 39 people in our group and Vivienne was switching between 3 languages without pause (English, Mandarin, Japanese). I would recommend Vivienne without hesitation; and would go on another tour guided by her in a heartbeat. PS. We also saw many beautiful sights as both the weather and Mount Fuji were kind to us.

I had Aoki as my guide for the tour and she was fantastic! Really knowledge and was able to share some fun facts about both Mt Fuji and Japan in general. She’s also super friendly, and a great photographer! The tour in general was really generous in terms of time at each stop. Also, got really lucky by having great weather for the whole day, with Mt Fuji visible at all points throughout the day!

Este paquete es ideal para viajeros que no desean pasar demasiado tiempo explorando la zona del Monte Fuji. Aunque solo incluye 6 puntos fotográficos, cubre todas las partes importantes de la zona y aún puedes regresar a Tokio antes del atardecer. Tuvimos la suerte de tener un día despejado antes de la llegada del tifón. Simplemente, no vayas durante el verano, hace demasiado calor. En general, todo estuvo bien y un aplauso para nuestro guía, Will Yu, quien hizo un excelente trabajo navegando y asistiéndonos 👍👍👍
