I traveled around Hanoi on a 1-day city tour bus as the grand finale of my Sapa trip with my nephews who live in Hanoi, Vietnam. I was worried because it had been raining since morning, but we went out anyway and waited while having lunch. The weather cleared up, so we immediately booked tickets, exchanged them at the booth, and boarded right away, which was very convenient. It was an enjoyable and informative city tour, with multi-language commentary through earphones at each famous spot, and the estimated one-hour duration flew by. I'm satisfied that I could use the tour comfortably even in the hot midday sun, thanks to the open view from the second floor and the air conditioning.

Solo éramos 3 personas en el tour, así que fue más personal. Kevin tomó muy buenas fotos y nos guio a través de cada paso de cómo se hacía todo. Pudimos tener una experiencia práctica y obtener productos y personalizar un sombrero. Hice el tour de 1/2 y valió la pena. Reserve y solicite a Kevin como su guía.

I had a wonderful time with Trang, our tour guide. This tour was very worth it given the experiences you get — it is food, culture, scenery all-in-one. I was not able to capture all the scenes but it felt like we were able to see all of Hanoi. Being on a jeep made it more fun. Trang is very helpful and took lovely photos. I highly recommend this tour :)

We traveled by Grab for our private tour for two. Our guide spoke excellent Japanese and showed us places we wouldn't have seen on our own, with an efficient route and clear explanations, which was wonderful. I definitely recommend this over going by yourself. They also changed the pho to bun cha for us, and the restaurant was delicious. Since we were staying at a hotel near Hanoi Cathedral, we skipped the cathedral tour and were dropped off at our desired location before parting ways. We were very satisfied with our quick half-day tour in the heat.

This motorbike tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Suki, was cheerful and shared so much information with us. I highly recommend joining this tour if you come to Hanoi.

We had an excellent half-day tour of Hanoi with Mac. From the start, he was incredibly informative, friendly and attentive, tailoring the experience to our interests rather than simply following a fixed itinerary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience. His knowledge of Hanoi’s history, culture and hidden gems was exceptional, and his English was outstanding, making everything easy to understand and engaging. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, personable guide who genuinely cares about his guests, I can’t recommend Mac highly enough.

fuss-free half day tour that covers both imperial palace and incense village. the incense village was quite small, few photo points for pictures only. tour guide flora was so friendly and knowledgeable.
