Massagens Window of the World Shenzhen

Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost. That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. We also hope they consider creating separate lounge areas for families with babies or infants, especially since crying at night can affect the relaxing atmosphere. ambiance: facilities: amenities:

O spa era muito grande e contava com ótimas instalações. Ele oferece comida e bebidas à vontade. Além disso, disponibiliza realidade virtual, jogos e áreas de descanso. A massagem também foi muito boa!

Environment: Quiet, fewer people on weekdays. Facilities: No hot springs for women, but there is a gym. Massage Therapist: Very professional, would come again. Service Staff Y018, Y055: Very patient and polite.

I spent about 600HKD in total including breakfast, dinner, drinks, scrubbing & overnight charge. The facility is new & clean. I had a great time with my friends.

Had 90 mins massage. My therapist was skillful and friendly so overall it was a nice experience

I had Yaya as my masseuse, and she was very very thorough and clearly very experienced! Without me even telling her, she was able to target my tense spots especially neck and shoulders and paid extra attention to those areas. she's very observant of my reactions, a couple presses were a bit hard and she adjusted without me even needing to say anything. Very good service and she was very attentive all throughout! she uses a balanced mix of hard pressing and sweeping motions, good balance of relaxing and therapeutic for tense muscles. the receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, and accommodated me very well despite our language barrier. The massage room is very intimate and quiet, they have blackout curtains and the ac temperature was perfect. the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and overall the atmosphere was relaxing. i was very satisfied, thank you for the relaxing experience, I will definitely be coming back here again! ☺️☺️❤️
