It's been a long time since I had a massage, and seeing that the price, location, and environment were all good, I chose this place. The receptionist's service attitude was excellent upon arrival. Inside, the background music was super relaxing. My masseuse, Ya Ya, was the best I've ever had in all my massage experiences. When I told her where I wanted more attention, she immediately knew which spots were tense without me having to say more and massaged them a few extra times. The pressure was just right! After the massage, I felt completely light. When we were about to leave, the receptionist told us to sit a bit longer 😂. It turned out there was a complimentary papaya and white fungus dessert, which was a pleasant surprise! We slowly finished it before leaving. Personally, I think the service, technique, and environment here are all excellent. I would love to go again next time!

🔹 Massage/Therapist The therapist's technique was decent, but the pressure control was inconsistent, and the rhythm of the presses was a bit scattered, so overall it wasn't very relaxing. There was also little communication; it would have been better if they had proactively asked about pressure or comfort levels. 🔹 Environment and Atmosphere The environment was generally clean, but the lighting was too strong, and the room's soundproofing was poor, allowing outside noises to be heard, which affected the sense of relaxation. The atmosphere didn't truly achieve a SPA-like resting feeling. 🔹 Value for Money Considering the price, it was acceptable, but I had expected better treatment quality. If the technique and environment were improved slightly, it would be more worth revisiting. 🔹 Location Convenience The location is convenient and easy to find, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

I went to the branch at Hua Qiang Bei and I went back again 2 days later because they were really good. It was clean and not overly crowded on a weekday afternoon.

The staff were really friendly and skilled. I told them I liked strong massages and they were consistently strong throughout.

I had a 20-minute head massage, and the therapist's technique was excellent! Also, the receptionist at the door provided great service!

Peng Peng and Bei Bei provided excellent service. Their gestures were very good and made us feel comfortable.

Front desk customer service staff Xiao Tian and Xiao Ning are polite, and technicians Bei Bei and Ping Ping are attentive, with appropriate and comfortable pressure.

I had Yaya as my masseuse, and she was very very thorough and clearly very experienced! Without me even telling her, she was able to target my tense spots especially neck and shoulders and paid extra attention to those areas. she's very observant of my reactions, a couple presses were a bit hard and she adjusted without me even needing to say anything. Very good service and she was very attentive all throughout! she uses a balanced mix of hard pressing and sweeping motions, good balance of relaxing and therapeutic for tense muscles. the receptionist was also very kind and welcoming, and accommodated me very well despite our language barrier. The massage room is very intimate and quiet, they have blackout curtains and the ac temperature was perfect. the facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and overall the atmosphere was relaxing. i was very satisfied, thank you for the relaxing experience, I will definitely be coming back here again! ☺️☺️❤️
