Photographer Paul is very professional and excellent at guiding poses. Even if you're not used to posing, he can lead you to take natural and interactive photos. He also perfectly captures candid moments, recording our family's most genuine and joyful smiles. During the shoot, Paul also introduced the history and features of Fushimi Inari Shrine, making the photo session feel less like just taking pictures and more like a relaxed and interesting guided tour. He was very patient with the children, actively chatting with them and making them laugh, quickly bonding with them. The entire shooting process was filled with joy. I had a really awesome day with our guide, Rick. He was amazing and very friendly. The only hiccup or issue, and it’s not really an issue and it’s not Rick’s fault, is that Klook was apparently meant to send me an email the night before telling me who my tour guide was, what his guide number was, and everything like that. I didn’t get any of that, so when I arrived at the meeting area in Osaka, there were 30 other tour groups there, and nobody knew who was meant to be going with whom. I happened upon somebody who was, yay, my guide! That is the only, not even a negative thing, but yeah, to be told who your guide is first, especially when there are multiple groups meeting in one position, would be a lot more helpful there, Klook. But I truly can’t fault my guide; he was awesome. Also, probably only an hour is needed at Nara with the deer and an extra hour in Kyoto at the first section in Gion. Other than that, amazing day, thank you.

I originally booked for three adults at 1 pm and 2 pm time slots, but our earlier tour was cancelled, so we arrived almost 3 hours early just to ask about adding a hair set for our later appointments. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The male in our group changed his mind due to the heat, but because we already paid through Klook, the staff were unable to refund. Instead, they offered a free hair set and free sun parasols to take with us around Kyoto. They accommodated us right away, even though our reservation was for much later. They had tons of beautiful options to choose from, and they were extremely kind and caring. Most spoke English fluently and were patient with my broken Japanese. They even offer free photo props and background to use in their store. We were very happy with the entire shop and felt quite comfortable. Thank you so much!

We spent an amazing day discovering Kyoto with Ciel, from Kiyomizu-dera to Fushimi Inari and beyond. She kept the whole day flowing effortlessly and made the experience feel unique. Ciel’s English was perfect and her enthusiasm was contagious. She brought a fun, relaxed vibe while still sharing plenty of insights along the way. Highly recommended, thank you Ciel!

A huge thank you to Heli and Ikeda-san for an amazing tour experience! Heli was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history and culture in such an interesting and easy-to-understand way. We learned a lot and never felt rushed, while still staying perfectly on schedule. Ikeda-san made every ride smooth, safe, and comfortable. Together they made the day stress-free, educational, and memorable. We would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Japan!

It was a truly wonderful experience. The sales associates were very welcoming. However, we didn't receive a makeup service, but we did get a hairstyle. Regardless, I recommend it.
