We were very late for our appointment. We are very grateful that they allowed us to continue with them. We quickly chose a kimono and they helped us get dressed. They even did our hair beautifully. We had a pleasant and good experience with them. The lady can explain in English and Chinese. We will definitely choose their service again!

I've been to this place before in 2019 so I booked them again, this time with my partner. They're still so good, quick and friendly. Lots of kimono and hairstyles to choose from. Even the sandals were comfortable for me. Highly recommend this place if you guys want to look cute in kimono.

スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで親切でした。初めての体験でしたが、全く気まずさを感じませんでした。場所に関して少し手違いがありましたが、それでも私たちを受け入れてくださり、別の場所を予約していたにもかかわらず、その店舗で体験させていただけました。レースの着物パッケージを購入しましたが、とても美しい着物で、間違いなく価格に見合う価値がありました。着替えに不安がある方のために、カーテンで仕切られたスペースと、ヒートテックや服の上から着用できる下着が用意されています。スタッフは非常に迅速かつ効率的で、着付けとヘアスタイリングの全工程を30分足らずで完了しました。この会社でぜひまた予約したいと思います！ 場所：清水寺に非常に近く、お店や周辺の通りにも簡単にアクセスでき、素晴らしい写真撮影の機会がたくさんあります。

The staff were all very friendly and cheerful, which made us feel happy. There was a Taiwanese staff member on site, so communication was not an issue. The kimonos and hairstyles were beautiful, and there were many choices. We later paid an additional 1200 JPY for a more detailed makeup, which was a great deal. The makeup artist was the manager, and she was very skilled and efficient. On the way back, I miscalculated the time, causing the staff to wait for us to return the kimonos after their shift. I am truly sorry and very grateful that the staff were willing to wait for us. Paying the late fee was the least we could do. More importantly, we should have been on time.

It was such a quick and great experience for all of the members my family. Every staff was very nice and recommended the best Kimono for all of us. They even recommended which accessories fits the one's we've chosen.

I chose a blue color scheme and curled bangs that I hadn't tried before, thinking I'd look like a young girl? Actually, I'm not quite used to it 🤭 Luckily, the blue sky made for a beautiful backdrop ❤️ (= scorching hot 🔥) As for the kimono, I chose #KyotoKimonoRentalAiWafuku near Gion. It was decent, but not a shop I'd highly recommend because it's too far from Kiyomizu-dera Temple.... You have to walk a long way after getting dressed. If your destination is Kiyomizu-dera, I wouldn't recommend it; you can find other shops. However, if you plan to take the subway to other places for photos, it's very suitable (close to the subway). Also, you have to return it before 4:30 PM, or there's an extra charge, and we were really rushing for time! But the overall price and service were okay! It's purely the long route that's the issue.

Es ist ein wirklich besonderes Erlebnis! Die Angestellten sind so nett und die Qualität der Kimonos ist recht anständig. Sie haben auch eine schöne Frisur für Frauen gemacht. Wirklich ein sehr günstiger Ort!

The shop is just a few steps away from the Keihan Line and easy to locate. They are accommodating and really assisted us. We loved our kimono and enjoyed the experience of wearing their cultural dress.

It was a wonderful kimono experience. Even though I made a last-minute booking for a later time, and there was only one staff member who spoke Japanese, she still helped me call another store to find someone who spoke Chinese to explain the usage time and method in detail. Since I went during the last slot, around 2 or 3 PM, the store allowed me to wear the kimono for the entire day. I was so happy to be able to wear the beautiful kimono until the evening, when I went to Gion for a delicious wagyu beef set meal! Around 9 PM, we just had to change back into our clothes and put them in the small box by the entrance. It's a very convenient store that trusts its customers.🥰
