Fantastisk oplevelse med kimonoudlejning! Personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt, og der var mange smukke kimonoer at vælge imellem. Påklædningen og stylingen blev udført professionelt, og hele processen var glidende og fornøjelig. Kan varmt anbefales for en mindeværdig oplevelse!

Photographer Paul is incredibly professional and excellent at guiding photo shoots. Even if you're not used to posing, he'll help you capture natural and interactive photos. He also has a fantastic knack for candid shots, perfectly capturing our family's most genuine and joyful smiles. During the shoot, Paul even shared insights into the history and unique features of Fushimi Inari Shrine, making the experience feel less like just a photoshoot and more like a relaxed and engaging tour. He was very patient with the children, chatting with them and making them laugh, and they quickly warmed up to him. The entire session was filled with joy. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul, the photographer from Ookini! If you want to create natural and heartwarming family memories in Kyoto, he's definitely the one to choose! 📸⛩️

Jeg havde oprindeligt booket til tre voksne kl. 13.00 og 14.00, men vores tidligere tur blev aflyst, så vi ankom næsten 3 timer for tidligt bare for at spørge om at tilføje et hårsæt til vores senere aftaler. Personalet var yderst venligt og imødekommende. Manden i vores gruppe ombestemte sig på grund af varmen, men da vi allerede havde betalt via Klook, kunne personalet ikke refundere pengene. I stedet tilbød de et gratis hårsæt og gratis parasoller, som vi kunne tage med os rundt i Kyoto. De hjalp os med det samme, selvom vores reservation var til meget senere. De havde masser af smukke muligheder at vælge imellem, og de var yderst venlige og omsorgsfulde. De fleste talte flydende engelsk og var tålmodige med mit gebrokne japansk. De tilbyder endda gratis fotorekvisitter og baggrunde til brug i deres butik. Vi var meget tilfredse med hele butikken og følte os ret godt tilpas. Mange tak!

had a really awesome day with our guide, Rick. He was amazing very friendly. The only hiccup or issue and it’s not really an issue and it’s not Rick‘s fault is that Klook? We’re meant to send me apparently an email the night before telling me who my tour guide was what his guide number was and everything like that I didn’t get any of that so when I arrived at the meet area at Osaka there were 30 other tool groups there and nobody knew who was meant to be going to anyone to lie happened upon somebody who was yay my God that is the only not even a negative thing but yeah to be told who your guide is first specially when there’s multiple groups meeting in one position would be a lot helpful there Klook but I truly can’t fault my guide he was awesome also probably only an hour needed at Nara with the Deers and an extra hour in Kyoto at the first section in Gion other than that amazing day, thank you

We spent an amazing day discovering Kyoto with Ciel, from Kiyomizu-dera to Fushimi Inari and beyond. She kept the whole day flowing effortlessly and made the experience feel unique. Ciel’s English was perfect and her enthusiasm was contagious. She brought a fun, relaxed vibe while still sharing plenty of insights along the way. Highly recommended, thank you Ciel!

Fantastisk sted, de er super venlige og imødekommende over for udlændinge og bare super søde generelt. Pigerne er super søde. Kan virkelig anbefales. Beliggenhed: God beliggenhed lige ved starten af gaden og på vej op til Gates, ved siden af togstationen.

A huge thank you to Heli and Ikeda-san for an amazing tour experience! Heli was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the history and culture in such an interesting and easy-to-understand way. We learned a lot and never felt rushed, while still staying perfectly on schedule. Ikeda-san made every ride smooth, safe, and comfortable. Together they made the day stress-free, educational, and memorable. We would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Japan!

It was a truly wonderful experience. The sales associates were very welcoming. However, we didn't receive a makeup service, but we did get a hairstyle. Regardless, I recommend it.
