Our guide, Mr. Lee, was cheerful and friendly. He guided us through Little Edo Street and recommended many delicious street foods and snacks to take home. Since it was raining, he suggested we go to Prince Shopping Mall instead, as my husband was unable to walk much. We were fortunate to have him as our guide.

Tour guide Zhan Jie was professional and humorous, taking meticulous care of every group member. The itinerary was smoothly arranged, and his explanations were vivid and rich, making this one-day tour full of laughter and wonderful memories. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Our driver worked hard, and during the journey, we were reminded that if we needed to use the restroom at any time due to the long drive, we could just say so. The other members of our group were also amazing teammates and were very cooperative with the schedule.🫶🏻

From departure to return, the driver was very polite. The itinerary changed slightly due to rain upon arrival, but everything was completed. I often come to Japan, and if there's a suitable tour, I'll still join. I frequently purchase various tickets or eSIMs from Klook.

This was an amazing day in Nikko and surrounding area. Pick up was punctual and as discussed. Our driver took us to few amazing places and gave us a time to explore. No rushing, no chasing, relax and enjoyable trip. We recommend to anyone!

The weather was perfect for our trip, with bright sunshine. My family members were all in high spirits as we embarked on our journey. Along the way, our tour guide, Ms. Wei Qiulan, provided detailed introductions to each attraction and even offered to help us take photos. Coupled with the excellent travel etiquette of our fellow group members, the trip was even smoother!

It was a very good trip, and both the tour guide and driver were very professional. It was safe, efficient, and the schedule and itinerary were well-arranged. It's a trip well worth taking. The first stop was Shiraito Falls, which would be quite difficult to reach without a private car. Even with a rental car, you'd have to drive on winding mountain roads. At the second stop, Ginza-dori, the tour guide introduced many famous shops.
