The tour guide was very friendly, and the time allotted for each attraction was just right, not rushed at all. There was ample time for photos and sightseeing, and the itinerary was very smooth. The guide provided explanations of each attraction in both Chinese and English, taking care of every guest. We visited Shiraito Falls, and the nearby shops offered snacks like meat buns, croquettes, and gohei mochi, with a souvenir shop next door. Afterwards, we went to Kumoba Pond and walked around, taking photos. At the end of October, only a small portion of the maple leaves had turned red, but the environment was still very beautiful. Then we went to Old Karuizawa Ginza, which has many international restaurants, including cafes, soba noodle shops, and pizza places. I highly recommend the soba noodles; I personally really like the nihachi-wari soba. Finally, we went to Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza, a very large shopping destination that gathers various luxury brands, sports brands, pet supplies, baby products, restaurants, etc., making it perfect for families who love shopping or people with pets. It was a small group tour, which made communication easy. Thanks to the driver for the long drive; the return trip on a holiday was very congested.
