Passeios por Hida Folk Village

Definitely a great and an unforgettable experience! Our friendly and informative tour guide (Julian) did a wonderful job in touring us around and providing highlights on the history behind Shirakawa-go village and Hida no Sato Takayama. Although it’s a small group in a mini bus, Julian really took good care of us during this 2-day tour, making sure we were all okay and if we needed anything. Lunch and breakfast were both full-filling and delicious. Shopping at Mitsui Outlet was a nice touch and a fun way to end the tour. Really worth visiting if you want to experience this dreamy snow-covered village called Shirakawa-go. It truly is a magical place. To see is to believe. Definitely a must see! It’s like a fairy-tale from a book or snow-globe that came to life. Highly recommended and would love to visit again! Thank you so much!

Guide Hemi was very relaxed, and the entire trip was easygoing and flowed smoothly. Thanks to his foresight regarding the weather changes, our group fully enjoyed the clear view of the Northern Alps! The day trip also covered the intended locations well. Thank you again, Hemi (and Fiorentina), and we strongly recommend going on this trip!

Such a great tour with good enthusiastic guide 小Xi and safe Japanese driver. Big coach was clean and comfortable. The scenery along the way was beautiful. Everything went well. We were very lucky to have a guide who spoke clearly and gave detailed instructions, information and recommendations both verbally and through WhatsApp. The itinerary was excellent with sufficient time at every stop. The tour is self-guided so we enjoyed the flexibility to do what we want and roam around freely based on the many places suggested by 小Xi who WhatsApp the exact location on Google maps to us. He also provided maps and gave food suggestions. We stayed at Hotel MyStays Kanazawa. Rooms are clean and new but very small. Double bed is also very small for two people. Best to ask for twin beds when booking this tour. Breakfast at the hotel was great with a wide spread of local and continental food. Overall we enjoyed this tour very much. Highly recommend this over a day tour to Shirakawago/Takayama.

The Maple Leaves Eihoji, Korankei Gorge, and Shikizakura tour from Nagoya was absolutely stunning! Our tour guide was fantastic—fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, making the experience seamless and enjoyable for everyone. Each destination showcased the breathtaking beauty of autumn, with vibrant hues of red, orange, and yellow creating unforgettable scenery. Korankei Gorge was particularly mesmerizing with its fiery maple leaves, while the rare Shikizakura (cherry blossoms blooming alongside autumn colors) added a magical touch. The entire tour left me in awe of nature’s brilliance—a must-do for autumn lovers! I’m glad that i have booked this tour😊

Such a beautiful and stunning tour during winter! Got lots of photos and tried amazing food. Had an amazing guide, Aileen, was very clear and informative with the itinerary and history. Would definitely recommend and go again! (snow was very soft XD)

On May 16, 2026, I joined a one-day tour, and the weather was absolutely beautiful 🌞. Our guide, Harry, was British, very kind and enthusiastic. Our fellow tour members were also very nice. Harry reminded us when to gather at each attraction and enthusiastically helped us take photos. With this tour, there's no need to worry about how to buy cable car tickets or how to get to the cable car station; Klook handles all the arrangements. We took two cable cars up to Kamikochi, and from the cable car, we could gaze at the distant high mountains, seeing Japan's Alps – it was truly stunning! Because the weather was exceptionally good, we even saw the super distant Mount Haku. Our guide said we were very lucky to be able to see it. Then we went to Taisho Pond to see its clear stream, and walked to Kappa Bridge to admire the same mountains from a different perspective. The scenery along the way was truly breathtakingly beautiful! It's definitely worth a visit! 👍

Everything is excellent for this trip! The hotel is equipped with 2 onsens. Dinner & breakfast at the hotel is delicious. Transport is well-maintained. The guide is patient and explains the itinerary well. We are able to replace beef meals with other options.
