On the day, due to local weather conditions affecting transportation, when I needed to cancel this activity, I found that this evening activity had already expired at 00:00 and showed the voucher as used. When booking, because the Klook platform couldn't provide session requirements, I asked multiple times and only received robotic answers. When I tried to cancel, I found that the system had already changed my voucher to a 'used' status! Later, I applied for a refund, and I only wanted a partial refund because I saw in the terms that a partial refund was possible if I didn't attend this activity, but I still received robotic answers! I suggest you think very carefully about the Klook platform! You might not get reasonable handling if you encounter problems! It's a real shame that such a good itinerary has to be associated with a platform like this...
