A few weeks ago, a friend recommended Makkha in Bangkok, so I immediately checked Klook to see if there was a branch in Pattaya. I quickly found out that there was one in the shopping district near my hotel, Again Pattaya, and immediately booked a two-hour oil massage and Indian head massage. Makkha has only been open for about six months, and the interior design has a wonderful cave-like ambiance. Being there instantly relaxes you, and the therapists' techniques are excellent 🥰

It felt great. At first, I was a bit shy because they don't allow pants. After a while, I got used to it, as some people wore them and some didn't. I love coming here; you can enter all day until midnight.

It was clean, spacious, and luxurious. I had read reviews mentioning outdated facilities, so I was a bit worried, but it didn't bother me at all. I booked a 120-minute Thai massage. I arrived an hour early, but they kindly accommodated me right away. The therapist was very thorough and gave a firm, excellent massage. I was much more satisfied here than at a famous department store spa I visited the day before, which charged about 3,000 yen more for the same service! I will definitely be a repeat customer. It was a bit disappointing to be strongly pressured for a tip, though. The location is about 15 minutes from Terminal 21. It felt a bit further than I expected. There are many restaurants nearby, so I had some dessert before heading back. The spa only offered tea.

I purchased a 1.5-hour session, and from payment to the end of the entire process, it was exactly 1.5 hours. This included time for drinking tea, changing shoes, foot washing, changing clothes, and waiting for the masseuse. I specifically asked if they started timing from the moment of payment, and the shop replied, "The time starts from when the massage begins." However, based on my own observation, the actual massage time felt about 15-20 minutes shorter. You can decide for yourselves.

O interior da loja é novo, limpo, moderno e tem uma atmosfera relaxante. A intensidade da massagem foi perfeita, e consegui relaxar profundamente com o tratamento de bolsa herbal que reservei. O serviço de chá e "manga com arroz glutinoso (Khao Niao Mamuang)" servido após a sessão estava delicioso. Quero voltar com certeza.
