I truly enjoyed Let's Relax. Their staff are well-trained and the spas are beautiful. It was easy to book (you can book the onsen at their spa in Terminal 21). Note that you will be offered a mango sticky rice with this offer, not with just a simple foot massage.

I had a great onsen experience! The onsen was really big, and there were a lot of options to choose from. Most of all, I had a great Thai massage experience. My therapist, Sukanya, really asked about my preferences and where she could concentrate. I will definitely come back once I get back to Pattaya! I went here on our last night in Thailand. It was the best massage I’ve ever experienced. It was pricey but really worth it. The hotel where the spa is located is already quite a tour in itself. They gave me a cute mango sticky rice and tea after the session. I also bought their soothing oil.

I have been to Pattaya many times, but this is the first time I visited Let's Relax Spa and Onsen. It was a wonderful experience. This was my first time experiencing an onsen, and I recommend others to visit this place.

I am very satisfied with the 180-minute Blooming Life Package massage. It started with a whitening scrub (with several scrub options available), followed by an essential oil massage, and finally a facial beauty treatment massage. Every part was very comfortable. The therapist's technique was excellent and she put in her best effort, with hardly any pauses during the three hours. The process left me feeling completely relaxed, both physically and mentally. This branch is very spacious, with simple and comfortable decor, and is extremely clean and tidy. My hotel room rate already included onsen access. The hot spring area also has a sauna, steam room, and shower rooms. After enjoying these, you can go to the relaxing room to rest. Although the price is slightly higher than outside, the advantages mentioned above more than make up for it. Buying tickets on Klook is cheaper than paying at the store (note that after purchasing, you need to make a reservation via Line, and Klook purchases cannot be used on the same day, requiring at least one day in advance, but there's free cancellation which is very flexible). Best onsen experience for friends or family. We went on a weekday and we had the entire onsen almost to ourselves. Just two or three other guests at around 3PM. Very cool experience. Clean and modern facilities. Staff are helpful and friendly.
