In Pattaya, I typically go to the nearby massage parlors close to my hotel, where I often find therapists sitting outside, awaiting customers. These places are convenient and offer competitive prices, but the quality of skills and service can vary significantly from one therapist to another. This time, my sister recommended Health Land, so I decided to give it a try. Booking through Klook was very convenient; I was able to select my preferred time in advance, allowing me to better plan my schedule. Upon arrival, they had my booking record ready, and I was promptly attended to. The therapist I had was one of the best I've experienced in Pattaya. She was highly skilled and took the Thai massage seriously, offering a level of expertise that was quite different from what I've found in the usual street-side shops. I highly recommend Health Land to anyone seeking a genuine Thai massage experience. I will definitely return, and next time, I plan to try the aromatherapy massage.

This trip to Thailand was a special one, as I traveled with my family. Therefore, I made sure to get three massages only at 'Health Land' chains, where Thai traditions are well-preserved. The first was in 'Pattaya,' followed by 'Sathorn' and 'Asok' in Bangkok. I had to make a reservation in advance for Pattaya, but in Bangkok, same-day reservations weren't possible, so I visited without one. As a result, among the three 'Health Land' branches, my experience in Pattaya felt somewhat unfamiliar and different from the 'Health Land' I knew previously. One of the most crucial elements of a chain store is maintaining the homogeneity of its service quality. Perhaps because massage involves one person directly applying physical force to another, it's inevitable that the differences can be stark? While I ponder this, from a consumer's perspective, it's natural to think that a chain should be able to overcome such issues. The overall atmosphere of the establishment was not much different from other locations, but it seems necessary to review the general training regarding basic service quality. I believe massage is similar to a dance with a partner. Like a tango, there's an unspoken agreement in the actions between two people regarding touch, rhythm, and tempo. In this regard, for a service that lasts a considerable two hours, a meticulous upgrade in service is needed, such as the sequence of the massage and the adjustment of intensity.

Compared to massages in the city, the therapists here are on a different level. The older female therapist was incredibly skilled, so I definitely want to visit again. If I had one wish, it would be for relaxing music to be playing throughout the facility, as the room was truly quiet. I gave a 140 tip, but it seemed insufficient, so I wonder if I should have given more? Although she was very skilled, it was a shame that during the 2-hour Thai massage, there was a lot of focus on the feet, less on the shoulders and arms, and none on the head, making the time allocation feel unbalanced.

I had to make a last-minute reservation at Health Land, and while other places require booking two days in advance, Klook allowed me to book even the night before, which was great. Personally, I felt the quality of the massage was a bit lower than at Health Land Bangkok, but since the masseuse is random, I think it's still good value for the price. If you find Let's Relax prices too high and don't like street-side shops, this place offers a reasonable price and a luxurious atmosphere to enjoy a massage.

綺麗で広々としていて豪華でした。口コミで設備が古いと見かけていたので心配でしたが気にならなかった。120分タイ式マッサージを予約しました。時間より1時間早く着いたが、今やってくれると快く承諾してくれた。セラピストさんはとても丁寧で強めにしっかりマッサージしてくれたよかった。前日にここよりも3000円くらい(高い同じメニュー)デパートに入っている某有名店よりもずっと満足感がたかった！リピート確定です。チップを強めに請求されたのはちょっと残念な気持ちになりましが、、、。場所はターミナル21から15分ぐらい。思ったよりは遠く感じた。周りにご飯屋さんが多いのでスイーツを食べて帰りました。お茶しかスパでは提供ありません

ターミナル21から奥まったところにあった　頑張れば歩いて行ける程度。とても施設がきれいで施術するベットや渡された着替えも清潔でした。セラピストは、空調が寒くないか気遣ってくれた。マッサージもしっかり強くもんでくれた。120分満足のいく施術だった。コスパ良い　リピートします！
