Her introductions to the attractions were clear, and she thoroughly explained all important notes. She also managed every meeting time perfectly, allowing the entire itinerary to proceed smoothly as planned. I particularly appreciate her "gentle but principled" approach to leading the group. When she needed to remind group members, she always maintained a soft demeanor but also insisted that everyone adhere to the schedule and group order. I believe a good tour guide doesn't necessarily over-serve, but rather clearly communicates what needs to be said and effectively manages what needs to be controlled, allowing travelers to enjoy their journey with peace of mind. ¡Vale muchísimo la pena! Nuestro guía turístico Andy es muy servicial y todo el viaje es muy cómodo. Hay suficiente tiempo de silencio en el autobús turístico, pero el guía intervendrá siempre que sea necesario. Hay tiempo suficiente para cada punto (por supuesto, necesitarás más tiempo si quieres una exploración profunda) y los fuegos artificiales son simplemente espectaculares. ¡Altamente recomendado!

This tour was the highlight of my first day in Japan. Matt is an incredible guide. He shared fascinating background about Enoshima and Atami that brought the locations to life. He never rushed us as we had plenty of time to soak in the views and grab photos. I appreciate Matt’s thoughtfulness. When I realized I had forgotten my phone charging cable and asked where I could buy one, he did not just point me to a store. . . he handed me his own cable to use. That kind of kindness is rare. He saved my phone battery for the photos. 👍 He also gave us 2 of the "must-visit" spots for first-timers in Tokyo and what to watch out for. The fireworks were breathtaking and Matt’s guidance made the experience completely stress-free. This is definitely a bookmark-worthy experience. I highly recommend Matt and this tour!

This itinerary is perfect for families with children, with meal times and tour arrangements just right. Our guide, Tommy, was very responsible and attentive, managing the schedule perfectly and recommending the most comfortable and convenient spots to watch the fireworks. We didn't have to spend time jostling with crowds after the show, and both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and felt comfortable.
