We enjoyed visiting Oxford and appreciated the informative commentary during the bus journey, thanks to Pablo. However, we were very disappointed that the Cotswolds were not actually visited, despite the Cotswolds being prominently included in the tour’s marketing and itinerary.
This was particularly frustrating because we booked the tour expecting to experience the Cotswolds as advertised. We also found that some of the attractions mentioned in the itinerary required additional entrance fees, which were not made sufficiently clear at the time of booking.
The tour operator should be much more transparent and accurate in its marketing. If the Cotswolds are not actually included as a destination, this should be clearly stated to avoid misleading travelers.
The tour had some enjoyable and informative moments, but unfortunately, the difference between what was advertised and what was actually delivered significantly affected our overall experience.
