The tour guide's explanation was very clear and detailed. He also gave us free time and water breaks. His time management was excellent, and he was open to our questions about the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. Overall, he is a professional tour guide.

There was the booking group who waited for us at the specified location, and our guide, an elderly lady (I didn't get her name), was very knowledgeable about the Vatican City. I learned a lot from this trip. Also, it was superb to see the stamina and enthusiasm of the guide, which kept us wanting more.

Our Vatican Museums tour was outstanding. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everyone stayed together and never felt lost, which we really appreciated given how busy it can be. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of insight, bringing the history and artwork to life. She guided us seamlessly through the museums—truly a magnificent experience from start to finish.

我們這次選擇的日期剛好遇上義大利自行車賽事，因此無法前往那不勒斯市區遊覽。我們在旅程前三天就有收到通知信，信上還提及可以協助更改日期的選項，我們當時想說反正還是可以去龐貝、於是就沒有回信，結果承辦人員還特別打電話來詢問我們，真的非常感謝他們的認真負責；本來以為每個人都已經提前收到通知，結果當天集合時才發現，不少透過其他平台預訂的夥伴都沒有收到通知、是當天報到時透過導遊才知道無法前去那不勒斯，當下真的很慶幸自己是透過Klook預定的行程。我們的義大利導遊非常專業且熱愛這片土地，全程以流利的英文和西班牙文為我們介紹途經的各地特殊風光、名勝景點與歷史故事，對於在龐貝未參與團體導覽的夥伴也提供了許多參觀的建議，也為我們在現代龐貝城的甜點時光提供了實用的資訊，讓我們收穫良多！非常感謝我們盡責且友善的導遊和司機！

I enjoyed this trip very much. Our guide Fabio was knowledgeable and funny. He told us so many facts during this walking tour and was ready to help even after the trip with regards to any questions about Rome like travel back, how to go about anything, etc.

it was the best way to see Rome in 3 hours! Edoardo, our guide is the best person to be with on our short visit. he even suggested us the best restaurants and together we discovered the real taste of Rome! With the heavy heat, we never had any problem with this tour! thanks Klook

Our tour guide, Valentine, was funny and very knowledgeable. A plus point is that he used to work in the Church for 5 years, so he was able to share more insights regarding the church. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

The service provider was on time. They called us 15 minutes before the scheduled time, but once we arrived, we understood why. There was already a long line forming; luckily, we had priority tickets. Make sure to come early!
