Our tour guide, Hana, was always smiling, energetic, and very patient. Even on a one-day tour, she made us feel right at home. Hana diligently explained the background of each attraction and recommended delicious local specialties at every stop, such as fruit corn and lavender ice cream. She was also excellent at helping tourists take photos! Hana introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, local products from various regions, and even taught us little tips like how to distinguish different grades of cantaloupe. She also shared her personal recommendations for must-try foods in Sapporo, helping travelers understand Hokkaido better. Even though it rained that day, we still had a wonderful experience.

We gathered at Exit 31 of Datong-dori Station on August 25, 2026, to join the tour departing at 11:10. We met Tour Leader Hanna, who was very graceful and well-mannered, and Driver Mr. Kasai. The tour leader provided professional explanations of the itinerary and services along the way. The advantage of departing a bit later is truly wonderful, as it avoids massive crowds and traffic jams during the return trip, and we didn't have to wait in line for dinner after getting off the bus. Although the journey was a bit long, it was well worth it for the beautiful scenery. We visited the Blue Pond, Lavender East/Herb Garden (shopping for lavender products), Shikisai-no-Oka, Farm Tomita, the melon farm, and the Ningle Terrace in the forest illuminated at night near the New Furano Hotel (evening itinerary). We returned at 9:00 PM.

Leo è fantastico! È molto preparato e diretto al punto. Parla fluentemente tre lingue e dà le indicazioni in tutte e tre, in modo che nessuno rimanga indietro. Ci credete che siamo partiti in orario a ogni fermata? Ogni volta che gli passavamo accanto dopo essere scesi dal pullman, passava all'inglese per ricordarci le istruzioni e cambiava di nuovo lingua quando gli passava accanto un altro turista. È eccezionale! Siamo anche arrivati a destinazione prima di tutti gli altri. Si è anche offerto di aiutarci e di darci spiegazioni quando necessario. Siamo davvero molto soddisfatti di questo tour! Si vous êtes quelqu'un qui aime prendre son temps au même endroit, cette excursion n'est pas faite pour vous. Elle est rapide et vous permet de visiter de nombreux lieux en une seule journée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les billets de réduction que les magasins vous remettent lorsque vous descendez du bus. (Je pense que c'était un billet de réduction spécial pour les passagers des bus touristiques). Mila nous a expliqué l'histoire des lieux que nous avons visités et nous a recommandé des endroits incontournables à Hokkaido.

Tour guide Sophia is very professional, the itinerary is rich, and her explanations are clear. She speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese, and she managed the time very well. We also had good luck that day, as all the group members were very punctual. The driver's driving skills are excellent, which made us feel secure.

Amazing Hokkaido Day Trip with Lucy! We had a wonderful day exploring the beautiful sights of Hokkaido! Lucy was an excellent guide—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. Xiao Liu is very enthusiastic and helped us supplement a lot of knowledge about Hokkaido. The explanation was concise, direct, clear, and without any nonsense, which was great 😆. The timing of the trip was managed very well, and at the same time, we were very lucky with very comfortable weather that day. It was a very worthwhile trip.
