【Perfect Score 💯 Review | Hokkaido Ballpark Chinese Guided Tour Experience】 Participating in the ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO Chinese guided tour this time was truly better than expected! We checked in 10 minutes before the start at the Coca-Cola entrance. I originally thought we'd have to queue with regular Japanese tourists, but because we had booked the Chinese guided tour, we could directly find the KLOOK exclusive service staff. The process was very smooth, which is really thoughtful for foreign visitors. The entire tour was led by the Japanese cheerleaders of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, who took us to different parts of the ballpark. At the same time, there was a KLOOK-affiliated Chinese tour guide providing supplementary explanations, so there was absolutely no need to worry about not understanding! And they really understood what Taiwanese people wanted to see, which was a huge plus~~~~ For example, when we wanted to take photos related to our Taiwanese players, Gu Lin, Sun Yi-Lei, and Lin Chia-Cheng, the Chinese guide quickly led us to suitable photo spots and even proactively helped us take pictures. Their attitude was friendly and professional, making the experience very enjoyable. This tour also took us through different seating areas, allowing us to see the ballpark from various perspectives. We even had the chance to sit in Coach Shinjo's exclusive seat, and it was really interesting to hear why the chairs were designed in his favorite color!! The most touching part was being able to actually step onto the ballpark grass. That moment was truly breathtaking, a dream come true for any baseball fan. Although the tour lasted only about an hour, and it was a bit of a shame not to see the bullpen this time (something to unlock next time), the overall content was already very rich. Plus, the tour route might be different each time, which makes one want to visit again. 1. They helped take many photos, super thoughtful~ 2. The Chinese supplementary explanations perfectly hit on what Taiwanese people want to hear!! 3. Seeing different locations offers a completely different experience from watching a game. 4. Being able to step onto the field was truly moving. If you come to Hokkaido and visit this ballpark, I highly recommend joining the Chinese guided tour~ It's definitely one of the most worthwhile experiences of the entire trip 👏
In addition to the cheerleaders acting as guides, there was also another translator accompanying us. We visited many places that are usually inaccessible, such as the million-yen-a-year seats, the press conference room, the VIP room, the players' seats, and a close-up tour of the field. It was very interesting. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dedicated shuttle service; we walked from Kita-Hiroshima Station, and the 40-minute stroll while enjoying the street views was quite pleasant. Overall, the experience was perfect.
很特別的體驗 有中文導覽陪同參觀 感受特別好 集合位置標示很清楚 很容易找到
Our Chinese-speaking tour guide, Ken, was excellent. As a fan of the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, his baseball tour was delivered with great passion. He can also communicate in Taiwanese Hokkien.
This was my first visit to a baseball stadium, and I really needed a Chinese-speaking guide to help with translation so I could better understand the facilities and explanations. During our visit, it happened to be just the two of us on the tour, and the overall service felt excellent!
Many thanks to Ken for his very detailed explanation. The tour took us to many areas that general fans cannot access. If you don't speak Japanese but are interested in baseball, I highly recommend this tour!
Although it's not baseball season, it's still worth a visit. The stadium has a retractable roof and natural grass, and during the tour, you can walk on the dirt of the field. The team mascot is very cute.
1. The meeting point for tickets booked a week before the event was different from the meeting point on the day of the event. This was not clearly stated in the order confirmation. 2. The check-in time was 10:10, but the tour guide did not show up on time. The order stated to check in 20 minutes before the event. 3. The contact information for the person in charge was not provided. 4. The tour guide arrived at 10:30, which made the customers very anxious and they began to suspect a scam. The subsequent tour work and service attitude were very good and commendable.
It's great and worth experiencing.
