Our Driver Dewi and Guide Made created a great day out for us! Made was really informative and taught us lots about Lombok and the history, they took us to see Lombok Pearls as well on our journey! Made also got some pineapple for our trip which was tasty! The waterfalls were amazing, great experience. The Mountain View points were beautiful, and we saw various types of monkeys! We visited a traditional Indonesian Village as well which was really interesting. At the end of the trip they took us to a seafood restaurant Made recommended which was right on the beach and it was good. Lunch was provided at a restaurant overlooking the waterfalls and jungle which was amazing and dietary requirements were met too! Made took pictures throughout to capture the experience for us so we could be in the moment. This trip is really good for seeing Lombok natural beauty - made our full day at Lombok a day to remember! Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang luar biasa! Pemandu kami, Alex, sangat membantu, membawa kami makan siang dan ke tempat suvenir/oleh-oleh setelah tur peternakan mutiara. Kami sangat menghargai keramahan dan kesabarannya saat dia menunggu kami di tempat-tempat ini sebelum mengantar kami berkeliling. Di Autore Pearl Farm, kami memiliki pemandu bernama Key yang melakukan pekerjaan luar biasa dalam membimbing kami melalui seluruh proses budidaya tiram hingga panen mutiara dan pemrosesannya. Kami melakukan tur lengkap melalui pembibitan tiram, laboratorium dengan fitoplankton, dan mengamati proses manual penanaman inti (manik-manik cangkang) dan jaringan mantel secara bedah ke dalam tiram hidup, yang sangat penting dalam proses pembuatan mutiara. Dia membawa kami kembali ke ruang pamer untuk menjelaskan lebih lanjut tentang penilaian mutiara yang dipanen dari peternakan mereka. Benar-benar pengalaman belajar mutiara yang membuka mata! Sangat direkomendasikan.

Hands down the best island tour in Bali, big thanks to ADEN & JENA! Adam’s photography is fantastic. He picked great angles for cliffs and sunsets, and took beautiful couple shots for our birthday trip. We love all the precious photos he captured. Jena gave very professional snorkeling guidance. He explained safety rules clearly, checked our gear carefully, and escorted us in the water to swim safely with manta rays. The luxury yacht trip was wonderful. All entrance fees, snorkeling gear, meals and insurance are covered. The extra hidden sunset viewpoint gave amazing views. Transfers were on time and everything was well arranged. I highly recommend booking this tour with ADEN & JENA!

Our Mt. Batur jeep tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! Everything was perfectly organized, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our driver, Oman. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire journey.On top of being a fantastic driver, Oman is an amazing photographer! He knew all the best angles and spots to capture the perfect sunrise shots, leaving us with beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. If you are planning a trip to Mt. Batur, we highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Oman!

The Mangrove Tour and Fireflies Tour were fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Natra Bintan Resort for both tours and sent back afterwards, making everything seamless and hassle-free. A huge thank you to our guide, Eddy, and boat captain, Pak Ah Boon. We enjoyed the daytime tour so much that we were delighted to have them again for the Fireflies Tour! Their sharp eyes helped us spot Silvered Leaf Monkeys (Lutung), a monitor lizard, mangrove and green rat snakes, a (big!) kingfisher, archer fish, and many crabs and fish. Eddy was friendly, knowledgeable, and taught us so much about the mangrove ecosystem, tides, wildlife, nipa palms, and even how natural red dye was made. The Fireflies Tour was magical. We saw countless fireflies, gently caught a few before releasing them, and Eddy even pointed out the stars in the clear night sky. We loved every minute. Safe, educational, and unforgettable—highly recommended!

The local supplier was punctual, picking us up at 11:00 AM from the hotel to take us to a cabin near the volcano for an overnight stay. After a brief itinerary introduction, we checked into the cabin, which was quite clean and had a very good environment. On the first morning, after breakfast at 7:00 AM, we departed by car. The local guide did not proactively offer to take photos with us throughout the trip, and rarely looked after us along the way. Some of us with weaker physical stamina had to manage on our own. We observed other groups nearby who were offering assistance to their members. Furthermore, our camping equipment was quite poor; there were no tables or chairs! No table for dinner! No chairs to enjoy the sunset views! However, we saw other teams had arrangements for chairs and tables, which was very disappointing for us. Nevertheless, we were very happy to successfully reach the summit!

This was the first time my friend and I visited East Java and we chose the Klook tour organized by JVTO. It was a very enjoyable and fuss free holiday. Tour was well planned with some flexibility to cater to personal interests. Quality of accomodation was good for the price. Driver was safe and skillful. Guides were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend to others especially if you are keen to explore the amazing volcanoes and waterfalls in the region.

El conductor llegó puntualmente a las 2 de la madrugada. También se comunican por WhatsApp. ¡Conductor joven y con buenas habilidades! El único problema fue el coche, que estaba infestado de cucarachas... ¡maté unas cuantas y fue bastante molesto! El traslado para el paseo en jeep también fue sin problemas. Los baños disponibles pertenecen a los residentes de la zona, que eran anticuados y sucios. Controlé mi vejiga hasta que llegamos a la cafetería unas 7 horas después. Muchos otros conductores también hacían de fotógrafos, tomando más de 100 fotos. A nosotros nos tomaron pocas fotos durante el amanecer y más en la lava negra. El clima era frío mientras esperábamos el amanecer unas 2 horas. ¡Es mejor llevar un chal o chaquetas! La vista era genial. ¡Un residente de allí vendía fideos instantáneos, etc., para calentarse! ¡Durante todo el viaje fue tal como se anunciaba! ¡Los paisajes eran impresionantes! ¡Llegamos a nuestro hotel alrededor de las 2 de la tarde! Deberías probarlo al menos una vez por la experiencia.
