Passeios por Boiling Hell Hot Springs

This tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

Highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to explore the Kyushu region efficiently or you're an Attack on Titan fan! We were a group of 3 adults and found it worked out cheaper than organising transport ourselves. The highlight was our guides, who were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, bilingual, and made the day so enjoyable with local insights and great recommendations. The coach was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. The itinerary was well-paced with enough time at each stop, and everything ran perfectly on schedule. Some attractions, like Kamado Jigoku and the Attack on Titan Museum, require separate entry tickets, but they were inexpensive and still made the tour great value. A fantastic way to experience Kyushu without the stress of planning it yourself!

This tour, taken at half price, offered excellent value for money! The itinerary ran from 8:00 AM until 6:30 PM, arriving back at Hakata Station, providing a full day of activities. The schedule and transportation arrangements were very smooth! The 3-hour visit to Yufuin allowed ample time to enjoy the autumn foliage and sample local delicacies. In Beppu, we had a short but good experience visiting the hot springs, soaking our feet, and trying hot spring eggs. The only slight drawback was the last stop, Dazaifu, where the visit was short and it was already approaching dusk, with many shops preparing to close. We didn't have enough time to explore the historic garden, rich in Japanese charm, which was a minor imperfection.

初めてのツアー参加でしたが、トーマスさんがガイドで、素晴らしい仕事をしてくれました。各アトラクションでの時間はあまり長くありませんが、写真を撮ったり、場所について少し学んだりする時間は十分にあります。別府旅行は本当に楽しかったです。一番のお気に入りはサファリでした。本当にありがとうございました！

The schedule, consisting of Hell Hot Springs, Yufuin, and African Safari, was packed with only the best attractions, leading to very high satisfaction. Among the tourist spots, the safari was particularly impressive. I can't quite recall the guide's name, but Ms. Tak Eun-ji's(?) detailed guidance was excellent, and the recommended must-try foods in Yufuin were incredibly delicious. Also, at the end of the trip, they recommended great restaurants and provided many useful tips, which I really appreciated.

I absolutely loved this bus tour and appreciated the different places we traveled. Our tour guide, Shin (Seven), was kind, thoughtful, and shared interesting information along the way. I found this tour to be the best value for our money since many tour companies charge much more for the same tour.

El itinerario estaba bien planificado, dándonos tiempo suficiente para explorar, tomar fotos, comprar y disfrutar verdaderamente de cada parada. Un agradecimiento especial a nuestra guía turística, Vivian, por hacer la experiencia aún más memorable. Compartió historias interesantes y hechos históricos sobre cada lugar que visitamos, lo que nos hizo apreciar cada destino a un nivel más profundo. Sus instrucciones siempre fueron claras y gestionó el horario de manera eficiente, asegurándose de que tuviéramos suficiente tiempo libre mientras mantenía el recorrido funcionando sin problemas. Vivian también hizo un esfuerzo adicional al recomendar especialidades locales y comidas imprescindibles, ayudándonos a aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita. I joined this Klook tour today and had a wonderful experience. Both local guides were excellent, and the male tour leader in particular was very knowledgeable. His explanations were clear, informative, and easy to understand throughout the trip. What impressed me most was his professionalism. In the morning, there was a customer who arrived about 15 minutes late while the entire bus was waiting. Unfortunately, the customer was quite rude to the tour leader and even threatened to make a complaint against him. Despite this unpleasant situation, the tour leader handled it calmly, professionally, and with a smile. Thumbs up to the male tour leader for his patience, excellent attitude, and dedication to ensuring everyone had a good experience. He is a great representative of the tour company. I would also like to encourage all travelers to respect other people’s time. When joining a group tour, being punctual helps ensure that everyone can enjoy the experience smoothly. Thank you
