Nuestra excursión de un día a Dazaifu, Yufuin, Kamado Jigoku y Umi Jigoku fue uno de los puntos culminantes de nuestro viaje a Japón. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to explore the Kyushu region efficiently or you're an Attack on Titan fan! We were a group of 3 adults and found it worked out cheaper than organising transport ourselves. The highlight was our guides, who were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, bilingual, and made the day so enjoyable with local insights and great recommendations. The coach was comfortable with excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the July heat. The itinerary was well-paced with enough time at each stop, and everything ran perfectly on schedule. Some attractions, like Kamado Jigoku and the Attack on Titan Museum, require separate entry tickets, but they were inexpensive and still made the tour great value. A fantastic way to experience Kyushu without the stress of planning it yourself!

This tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

It was a great experience! 😊 Even though the weather was pretty harsh today, Kevin handled everything really well and made sure it affected our trip as little as possible. He was friendly, helpful, and kept everything organized throughout the day .

Amazing experience! Our tour guide, Emily-san, was very helpful and made the experience even better! I really appreciated how she would walk over to our seats to explain the information in English before translating it for the whole group in Chinese. Moreover, I initially thought that the African Safari might not meet my expectations, but it ended up being one of the best parts of the trip! The jungle buses were fully booked, so we went in on our tour bus instead, with safari music playing in the background. It was such a fun and unique experience! My friend also realized that she had left her phone in the restroom while we were on our way to Yufuin. Emily-san immediately contacted someone, and thankfully, the phone was found! Things could have turned out very differently, so we were really impressed by how quickly and calmly she handled the situation. Thank you, Emily-san, for making our trip such a wonderful and memorable experience! ❤️

The meeting point was really hard to find this time, and many people went to the wrong place. Luckily, everyone arrived by the meeting time. Our tour leader, Xiao Liu, was very kind and patiently waited for everyone to arrive. He also gave a friendly introduction to the attractions. We had a great time on this trip. Next time, I'll definitely book with Klook; their itineraries are excellent, and their tour guides and leaders are all top-notch!

The hot spring eggs and pudding I tasted amidst the steamy hot spring vapors of Yufuin Umijigoku were so delicious that they made me forget the hot weather, and the dreamlike cobalt blue Kamado Jigoku also left a deeper impression than I expected. Next, the Kyushu Natural Zoological Park (African Safari) lived up to its reputation as Japan's largest, offering a special experience of encountering the most diverse and numerous wild animals I've ever seen, from lions, tigers, elephants, and giraffes to kangaroos, meerkats, and squirrel monkeys. Riding the tour bus along the safari road, I was able to observe the vivid appearance of the animals up close, which was truly amazing. Afterward, I enjoyed the picturesque scenery of Lake Kinrin-ko, followed by an excellent meal at a soba restaurant highly recommended by our guide, which perfectly complemented the profound landscape. Strolling through the shopping street near the lake, tasting the famous gold medal croquettes and honey ice cream, and exploring the charming streets also added a small pleasure. The highlight of this trip was undoubtedly meeting Guide Lee Hyang-yong, who is fluent in both Chinese and Korean. Thanks to her excellent professionalism and passionate guidance, we enjoyed a perfect and fulfilling journey without a single flaw. Moreover, she also possessed a keen sense for photography, allowing us the good fortune of capturing many precious "life shots" with my friends that we will cherish forever. I extend my deepest gratitude to Guide Lee Hyang-yong, who meticulously took care of the beginning and end of our trip with thoughtful and kind consideration, including detailed dinner recommendations in Fukuoka until the very end of the tour.
