The Mount Fuji day trip was perfectly smooth and enjoyable. Our driver and guide provided excellent explanations, covering everything from geological formations to fascinating anecdotes. The unique characteristics of each scenic spot were interwoven with historical depth, making every view tell a story. Our fellow travelers were full of laughter and gained so much from the experience. We are truly grateful for this fulfilling and unforgettable journey!

Having a small group tour is better than a large bus tour. There's always communication with everyone. Our guide, Lee, is kind and drives carefully. Even though it was raining, Mr. Lee still stopped at every place listed on the itinerary. He tried to explain the history and bits and pieces of the places we visited. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a bit sad because we didn't see Mt. Fuji since it was raining 😞

Our SanSan Hathway is such a lovely guide, love to be on her trip to Fuji. She is the type of local guide I am looking for that can speak good English, easy to understand. Thank you for the Japan history catch-up. We had a wonderful trip to Fuji. All stops were similar to what has been mentioned in the itinerary. Recommended to book! The trip left on time and returned as it is to Tokyo station. Thanks🌹

I booked a 2-day, 1-night trip to Ginzan Onsen and Mount Zao via Klook, traveling with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony were friendly and took great care of everyone. Tony tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese, and English. He was also very kind, prepared, and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. This was especially helpful as our group had over 50 travelers from different countries. Thank you so much, Tony! I will strongly recommend this tour to friends and hope we can join your tour group next time!

Our tour guide, Yuri, was really friendly and accommodating. We had no trouble with the tour and everything was organized from start to finish. We were also really lucky, and saw Fuji-san because of the clear weather. I highly recommend this tour, and I would book it again if I ever come back to Japan.

Our guide Vivienne was great. She exceeded expectations all around - she was clear in explaining where we were going and what we would be seeing; she made time-keeping and heading back to the bus easy, and was pragmatic about the realities of a day trip without burdening us with endless caveats. She also arranged seating for us on the bus, which avoided much trouble among fellow passengers. I brought my parents on this trip and they found the entire experience with Vivienne very safe and worry-free. It was no small feat as we had 39 people in our group and Vivienne was switching between 3 languages without pause (English, Mandarin, Japanese). I would recommend Vivienne without hesitation; and would go on another tour guided by her in a heartbeat. PS. We also saw many beautiful sights as both the weather and Mount Fuji were kind to us.

I had Aoki as my guide for the tour and she was fantastic! Really knowledge and was able to share some fun facts about both Mt Fuji and Japan in general. She’s also super friendly, and a great photographer! The tour in general was really generous in terms of time at each stop. Also, got really lucky by having great weather for the whole day, with Mt Fuji visible at all points throughout the day!
