The Mount Fuji day tour was perfectly smooth, and our driver-guide provided excellent commentary, covering everything from geological formations to local anecdotes in great detail. The unique characteristics of each site were woven into their historical context, making every view tell a story. Our fellow travelers were full of laughter and left with wonderful memories. We are truly grateful for this enriching and unforgettable journey!

Having a small group tour is better than the big one (bus). There's always communication with everyone. Our guide, Lee, is kind & drives carefully. Even though it was raining, the Mr Lee still stops at every place listed on the itinerary. He tries to explain history or bit & pieces of the places we've been. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a bit sad because we haven't seen Mt Fuji coz it was raining 😞

Our SanSan Hathway is such a lovely guide, love to be on her trip to Fuji. She is the type of local guide i am looking for that can speak good english, easy to understand. Thankyou for the japan history catchup. We had a wonderful trip to Fuji. All stops were similar to what has been mention in the itenary. Recomended to Book! Visiting Hakone and Enoshima was a fun experience despite the gloomy weather. We enjoyed visiting the unique attractions despite the limited time we had in each stop. Our tour guide, Rachel, was great in explaining each stop’s history and features. We also had a fun time mingling with our nice tour guide. Overall, this experience was all worth it. I highly recommend this tour the next time you visit Japan!

I booked 2D1N trip to Ginsen Onsen and Mouny Zao via Klook. travel with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony are friendly and takes great care everyone. he tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese and English. Also, he is so kind, prepared and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. Because our group have 50+ mixed with different countries travellers. thank you so much Tony. will strongly recommend this tour to friends and hope we can join your tour group next time!

Our tour guide, Yuri, was really friendly and accommodating. We had no trouble with the tour and everything was organized from start to finish. We were also really lucky, and saw Fuji-san because of the clear weather. I highly recommend this tour, and I would book it again if I ever come back to Japan.

Our guide Vivienne was great. exceeds expectations all round - clear in explaining where we agree going / what we will be seeing; made time-keeping and heading back to bus easy, was pragmatic about the realities of a day trip without weighing us with endless caveats. She also arranged seating for us on the bus, which avoided much trouble amongst fellow passengers. I brought my parents on this trip and they found the entire experience with Vivienne very safe and worries-free. It was no mean feat as we had 39 people in our group and Vivienne was switching between 3 languages without pause (English, Mandarin, Japanese). I would recommend Vivienne without hesitation; and go on another tour guided by her in a heartbeat. PS. we saw much beautiful sights too as both the weather and Mt Fuji were kind to us.

I had Aoki as my guide for the tour and she was fantastic! Really knowledge and was able to share some fun facts about both Mt Fuji and Japan in general. She’s also super friendly, and a great photographer! The tour in general was really generous in terms of time at each stop. Also, got really lucky by having great weather for the whole day, with Mt Fuji visible at all points throughout the day!
