It was an amazing trip! Our guide Arafat was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we had enough time to spend at all the places and provided us with good advice for things to do after the tour as well.

Today the weather was clear, so we saw the beautiful Lake Toya and also admired Showa Shinzan and the magnificent Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley). Tour guide Huang managed the time perfectly, and his Mandarin and English explanations were very clear. Highly recommend this trip.

The tour guide introduced each attraction in both Mandarin and English, ensuring all passengers on the bus understood the information. The guide also helped purchase group tickets, allowing everyone to enter attractions with minimal waiting, avoiding individual queues. The pick-up and drop-off times, as well as the duration at each attraction, were managed precisely, likely due to experience. All tour members were very cooperative, and we returned to the drop-off point on time. It was a very fulfilling day.

Our tour guide this time was Eric, and he explained everything to us throughout the trip. The salt ice cream he recommended was so delicious 🤤

As expected, it's a fast-paced tour package, but the tour guide Lisa is truly excellent. She's efficient and very informative; we learned a lot about Sapporo's local culture, such as the snow fairy birds, horse oil skincare, etc. As for the places, we loved Hell Valley and Lake Toya, as well as Lake Shikotsu. My daughter enjoyed the bear ranch. It's still a great experience if you want to familiarize yourself with where to stay next.

Thank you to our tour guide, Miss Cici, for her thoughtful reminders when getting on and off the bus, and for helping us take photos at attractions. Her detailed explanations of the characteristics of each place were truly wonderful! We hope to have Miss Cici assist us again next time 👍
