The Seville itinerary for this day was almost perfect. The Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar were indescribably beautiful, and the architecture of the old town was magnificent, with its planning and layout being textbook-perfect. Although the tickets for the Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar were not cheap, they were well worth it! The Royal Alcázar had a strong Indian feel, completely different from the mainstream European palace architectural style.

Stepping inside the church, one is instantly transported from the scorching Andalusian sun outside into a tranquil and solemn sanctuary. Looking up, the towering Gothic arches stretch and intertwine like colossal trees carved from stone. Sunlight streams through the stained-glass windows, casting vibrant halos onto the mottled stone floor. At the deepest part of the nave is the breathtaking main altarpiece (Retablo Mayor). Countless gilded statues densely narrate biblical stories, shimmering in the faint candlelight, exuding a quiet yet awe-inspiring power. However, the most striking feature within the church is undoubtedly the Tomb of Columbus. Statues of the four Spanish kings—Castile, Leon, Aragon, and Navarre—bear the navigator's coffin aloft. Standing before the tomb, the tempestuous waves of the Age of Exploration stand in stark contrast to this serene hall, prompting reflection on the ebb and flow of time and the vicissitudes of history.

Indeed an experience worth remembering. We enjoyed this experience as it's not just a tour but the guide (Pia) was very informative and able to share her knowledge about the places we have been. She's also very friendly and welcoming together with the entire crew. This tour is worth the price ✨💞

This is a great show, only ensure that you reach 60 mins before to get good seats and the ability to see the performers legs properly. Highly recommended to anyone looking to learn about the dance’s history and enjoy the performance as well.

Walking through the royal chambers, you can imagine the lives of kings and queens who once lived there. The lush gardens, filled with fountains, orange trees, and peacocks, make the experience even more magical. It is a perfect place to explore, learn, and admire timeless art and design.

Seville is a very lovely city. Full of history and culture. We can see the trio of Arabic-Jewish-Christian culture rolled into one. Our guide Sama-el was very knowledgeable about the sites. I loved the Alcazar so much. It's worth joining the group. It's just the very hot weather (reaching 43C) that makes the walking tour a little bit hard. Otherwise, I gave this tour a two-thumbs up, especially to Sama-el, our guide. Highly recommended.

Obtuve el Alcázar y el Flamenco a través del pase Klook. Fue bueno porque ahorré algo de dinero en lugar de reservar las 2 actividades individualmente. El Alcázar era grande, asegúrate de llevar tu pasaporte/identificación y agua durante la temporada de verano, ya que hace mucho calor. También disfrutamos del espectáculo de Flamenco durante nuestro último día en Sevilla.
