Highly recommended. I received an email at 9:00 AM saying my luggage had been picked up. My flight was at 4:15 PM, and by 2:00 PM, I felt a bit rushed, so I WhatsApped customer service to ask if it had arrived. Customer service said 2:30 PM, so I decided to just go to the store and wait for my luggage. When I got there and asked, oh, it had arrived! So I immediately rushed to check in. Actually, it would have been even better if it could have been earlier. I think if you use this service, a 4:15 PM flight is really the earliest you should aim for. But it's truly comfortable not having to drag your own luggage to the airport.
