Luggage delivery is a must in Sapporo during the winter season. The snow is heavy, and it is really difficult to carry luggage. It's very convenient to go to the hotel without carrying your bags.

Highly recommended. I received an email at 9:00 AM saying my luggage had been picked up. My flight was at 4:15 PM, and by 2:00 PM, I felt a bit rushed, so I WhatsApped customer service to ask if it had arrived. Customer service said 2:30 PM, so I decided to just go to the store and wait for my luggage. When I got there and asked, oh, it had arrived! So I immediately rushed to check in. Actually, it would have been even better if it could have been earlier. I think if you use this service, a 4:15 PM flight is really the earliest you should aim for. But it's truly comfortable not having to drag your own luggage to the airport.

Since I planned to go directly to Otaru for one night on the first day, I picked up my luggage around 4:00 PM. Because it was late, same-day delivery wasn't possible. So, my luggage would be delivered to the Sapporo hotel on the second day. After dropping off my luggage, I went to Otaru feeling very relaxed. On the second day, around 5:30 PM, I received an email saying my luggage had arrived. It was very convenient; the hotel had already taken it up to my room by the time I got there.

The service was excellent. We didn't have to carry our luggage to the airport. Our luggage was picked up from Comfort Hotel Susukino and was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport.
