The service attitude is excellent. Upon arrival, you'll first fill out a form to indicate areas of fatigue, then they'll help you wash your feet (approximately 3 minutes), and afterwards, you'll be escorted to a room to begin your massage. After the massage, you'll have access to a private shower room, where you can choose whether or not to shower. Finally, you'll be offered a sweet soup or pastry.
Why do I mention the foot wash being about 3 minutes? Because I believe the actual massage duration is very important. The plan I purchased stated "50 minutes x 2 plus 20 minutes," which should total two hours of pure massage time. On the day, I arrived 10 minutes early, and someone only started taking me to wash my feet exactly on time. In reality, my massage only lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. I asked the masseuse if it wasn't supposed to be two hours, and she said they allocate 10 minutes for me to change, so it adds up to two hours. This means they include the time for foot washing, changing clothes, and finally getting dressed, and you're expected to factor that in yourself.
If it's only 1 hour and 35 minutes of actual massage instead of two hours, I might not have purchased this package, because for two people, that's 50 minutes less, and there could be other better options available.
