I easily exchanged it at the ticket counter with a barcode and used it. Due to strong winds, the gondola wasn't operating, so I couldn't go up to the summit, but I was still able to enjoy the powder snow as it was falling heavily. It was a memorable ski trip.

The weather was great today, so I was happy to finally ride the gondola that I couldn't yesterday due to strong winds! Kiroro is truly Kiroro! I'll use it again next year.

I took a half-day snowboarding lesson at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, and our instructor, "Shishi," was truly excellent. She was attentive and patient, clearly pointing out issues we had been trying to improve but couldn't quite grasp. The pace of the entire lesson was comfortable, and her guidance was precise, allowing us to make noticeable progress and ski with more confidence. I highly recommend Shishi!

I hadn't purchased in advance due to the weather, but then I found out about the Klook 6-hour pass the day before and bought it. I received a QR code and exchanged it for a lift ticket at the information desk. It was interesting that our names were printed on the one-day lift tickets. If you don't have a lift ticket, you have to pay an additional 500 yen deposit per person to get one, which you can get back later. We just kept ours as a souvenir. A 4-hour pass on the official website is 7030 yen for adults and 3705 yen for children after a 5% discount, but I think I bought the 6-hour pass on Klook for a bit cheaper. We had a great time riding for the full 6 hours and then came back.

We booked a lesson at Hokkaido Kokusai Ski Resort and were paired with Coach Dayun. She was able to use her professional knowledge to teach us beginners various skiing techniques, and adjusted training goals according to the different skill levels of our group, providing improvement suggestions and encouragement. The entire lesson was filled with a sense of accomplishment and joy, highly recommended! Here's a personal tip: remember to wear pads and knee guards, it hurts less when you fall. 😁
