¡Dios mío! Fue un viaje largo, pero el Sr. Jhon fue increíble. Hicimos una parada improvisada para ir al baño y encontramos algunos bocadillos únicos. Hakone es tan hermoso y verde en junio. El clima fue perfecto y vimos el Monte Fuji muchísimas veces.

We had an amazing day with our only Japanese speaking driver today. With our limited time in Tokyo we decided to book this to see as much as we could in one day. And trust me, it did not disappoint. Saved us so much valuable time and “running around aimlessly”. Car was clean & spacious. We were dropped off and had clear instructions where to be picked up and what time. We were able to communicate on WhatsApp throughout the day as well. No one in our party spoke Japanese but there were no issues with communication. Everything ran smoothly and as planned. You are able to change your itinerary but let them know as soon as possible where you want to go, so they can plan the route accordingly. Everything was confirmed 48 hours prior and we were in direct communication with our driver the night before we were picked up. Thank you to our driver, Taya and travel coordinator Bella who helped us. Highly recommend.

My family and I had an absolutely great time! Our English speaking guide, “Momo”, made the experience even better. She was well prepared and made the experience efficient (e.g. quizzes and historical facts) while we were traveling from the Cat cafe to the temple. The cat cafe was pretty cool and meant for kids. I know it’s “cheaper”, but as a tourist, I think it’s more beneficial to learn about the history and culture especially at the cat temple than just merely petting cats and walking through a temple. I highly recommend this especially for families with elementary grade kids.

One of the best experiences I had in Tokyo, Japan. Mao, our guide, was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. She showed us the highlights of Shibuya and some hidden spots to help us appreciate the city more. Victoria, her assistant, was also really nice and friendly. Both of them made our trip memorable!! - please book, you won't regret it.

We had Tom as our guide. He took us through Shibuya and Shinjuku and tailored everything based on what we were interested in seeing. We visited some shops, restaurants, and a shrine on top of many other sights. Such a great Friday night. Thank you very much!

Shohei fue un guía excelente. Escuchó lo que queríamos hacer y nos ayudó en cada paso del camino. Es un comunicador excelente, educado, cortés y con sentido del humor. Shohei realmente nos ayudó a aprovechar al máximo nuestro corto tiempo. Recomiendo encarecidamente a Shohei a cualquiera que busque un guía experto y servicial.

We had two great tour guides, but unfortunately we forgot their names. It was a great mixture of sightseeing with background information and the opportunity to drive around with some locals. We had a really nice talk with each other and, of course, learned something about the city and the buildings. We booked the night ride and we can recommend it. We started at Yoyogi Park at the clock tower and had a nice ride through the city, passing through the most famous places like Shibuya and to the Tokyo Tower, etc. We ended at Tokyo Station. And the time was perfect. It began at 5:45 PM until 7:45 PM/8:00 PM. After that, we had enough time to have dinner. Our guides told us that the evening tour is less booked, so it often happens that there are not many people in your group. We were two people, so we had kind of a private tour, which was really nice. Maybe the owners can write the names of the two guides, because they did a really good job. We had our evening tour on September 27th, 2025.

Mr. Jhon was a fantastic driver and amazing at parking in tight spaces. He was very attentive and took pictures for us. He guided us along the way and offered suggestions when our plan didn't work out. He was very helpful and friendly.
