Hiro-San was very helpful, he made sure he knew exactly what I wanted to know about the area, not just the itinerary but going out of his way to show me places I wanted to see, even helping me carry some of my shopping bags, very kind and easy to talk to, also very knowledgeable on the history surrounding the area making for interesting conversation while walking, would one hundred percent recommend for anyone that has never been to Shibuya or Shinjuku or first-timers in Tokyo.
