We had an amazing day with our only Japanese speaking driver today. With our limited time in Tokyo we decided to book this to see as much as we could in one day. And trust me, it did not disappoint. Saved us so much valuable time and “running around aimlessly”. Car was clean & spacious. We were dropped off and had clear instructions where to be picked up and what time. We were able to communicate on WhatsApp throughout the day as well. No one in our party spoke Japanese but there were no issues with communication. Everything ran smoothly and as planned. You are able to change your itinerary but let them know as soon as possible where you want to go, so they can plan the route accordingly. Everything was confirmed 48 hours prior and we were in direct communication with our driver the night before we were picked up. For anyone considering this tour, I would recommend ensuring that the driver has a better command of English, or perhaps consider a tour guide who can offer more fluent and informative commentary. Overall, while the tour was fine in terms of logistics, the language barrier significantly impacted the overall experience.

The driver took us to popular spots like Sensoji Temple, Tsukiji Market, Tokyo Skytree, Shibuya, Meiji Shrine, and the Imperial Palace Garden. Overall, it was a fantastic experience visiting all these attractions, as the driver provided us with insightful history behind the places of interest. We had a lot of fun visiting these places as first-timers – from the comfort of the car and being able to visit many places in one day, we will definitely book them for a tour again!

We were a group of 7 travellers with 2 elderly and 2 young children, and had a fantastic ride with Ms Yang, who was not only punctual and polite, but also gave great suggestions for itineraries that really catered to our needs. She was also especially good with kids and talked to them patiently. I would highly recommend this booking for anyone coming to Tokyo!
