Dongdaemun's SPALEX is the best! It's cheap, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can find it immediately by taking the elevator down to the 3rd basement floor of the building. It's a good idea to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and scrubbing towel, as they are not provided. If you forget, it's convenient that they are sold at the entrance. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, a body scrub is the best! On the 4th basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a resting area where you can relax. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

There's a self-service ticket machine (with Chinese language option) next to the lobby on the 9th floor. The bathhouse only provides soap, and the hairdryer costs 200 Korean Won for 180 seconds of use. On the 8th floor, there's a food court (with self-ordering kiosks) and a public lounge area. The overall environment is very clean, and it wasn't crowded or noisy on the day I visited, making it very peaceful.

Totally great people. They can speak a little bit of English. Great for massage too! They also provide drinks and snacks which you can enjoy.

During the treatment, it felt so good that I almost fell asleep…😴 Afterward, my head felt refreshed! My hair also became smooth, and even the texture felt different✨ Since Korean trips often involve packed schedules with beauty clinics and shopping, I highly recommend incorporating such a "rest period" in between♡ It's located in the Myeongdong area, which is a great advantage as it's easy to fit into your travel plans. This SPA is recommended for those looking for a head spa in Korea, and for adult women who want to heal their travel fatigue while also caring for their hair and scalp 🇰🇷🤍 I've added one more place I want to visit again when I go to Myeongdong♡

The massage was truly enjoyable, with good pressure (which you can choose). The therapist was welcoming and smiling. The salon doesn't have any particular charm, but you are made very comfortable there. They provide an outfit for the session, and oil is used only on the legs (with the full-body option).

Excellent service, top-notch comfort. After a day of walking, a perfect massage revitalized me. The pressure was just right, and it was unexpectedly good. The foot bath was done while lying down, and my back was also massaged. The service makes you want to come back again and again. Kim, who greeted us, had first-class service attitude, was super polite, and provided many pleasant surprises. We were very happy.

I tried the full-body Thai massage + Golki facial course, and the staff also recommended an additional thermal treatment. 😊 The service was wonderful.. My back had been feeling stiff but after the massage, it felt so much lighter and more relaxed. My face was also glowing after the facial, so I didn’t even need to put on makeup afterward! The staff were very kind, cheerful, and welcoming.. I left feeling refreshed and pampered! 😊 📍A little tip for finding the place: Follow the directions on Naver Map and look for the alley between The Seoul Drugstore and New Balance. 🫶

It was a great experience, the therapist has a good knowledge about what she's doing. Me and my wife had very relaxing session. I will invite everyone who has intention to do skin care and massage in one session.

They have a great selection and additional items. They are not just limited to massages but also have skin care and special therapy for women. Best part was the leg compression machine at the end that made my legs feel amazing with all the walking. Must try!
