Dongdaemun's SPALEX is the best! It's cheap, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can find it immediately by taking the elevator down to the 3rd basement floor of the building. It's a good idea to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and scrubbing towel, as they are not provided. If you forget, it's convenient that they are sold at the entrance. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, a body scrub is the best! On the 4th basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a resting area where you can relax. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

The location is very convenient, on B3 of the building. First, use the machine to scan the QR code to exchange for a paper ticket. The counter will give you a key and a set of clothes. First, put your shoes in the shoe cabinet, then go into the locker room, take off your clothes, and you can go shower. After that, use the spa facilities (various pools, steam room, sauna). This time, I spent an additional KRW 25,000 (about NT$560) to experience a Korean scrub. The ahjussi (uncle) worked very hard; it felt like a layer of skin was scrubbed off! After the spa, you can put on clothes and go to B4 to rest, or go to the dining area for drinks and snacks, then find a place to relax (sleep, use your phone, watch TV...). Entrada: Escanee el código QR del cupón de Klook en la máquina de la entrada (junto al acuario) y muestre el recibo a la recepcionista. Guarde sus zapatos en la caja y acceda a la zona de baños. Puede traer sus propios artículos de aseo o comprarlos allí (4000 wones). El personal le explicará qué hacer en la zona de baños y el experto en exfoliación le buscará una vez que le vea lavado y limpio. Solo observe y siga a la multitud.

物超所值，包括储物柜和一套可供更换的衣物，以便使用设施。宽敞的休息区和许多房间可供选择和活动。美味的食物价格也合理。主要是在柜台服务方面需要改进，对游客/初学者更有理解和耐心。不要只是简单地说“跟着别人做”，而不是解释！建议在储物柜处设置一些英文和普通话的标牌/告示（因为储物柜分为鞋子和衣物）。

I finally got to experience a Spa and my kdrama life. Besides that it’s a very calm and relaxing place and I loved going between the hot and cold rooms. If I had more time I would have stayed longer and tried to have a nap in the sleeping room and had a good old scrub and massage. That’s definitely for next time as I will definitely go back. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food is also delicious and a very reasonable price. I had the eggs I see on the TV. I also was shown how to roll the towel for my head.

Voucher mudah ditukar. Ada banyak orang Korea selain orang asing sehingga pengalaman masih terasa otentik. Saya hanya bisa menghabiskan kurang dari 2 jam tetapi bisa bersantai dan menikmati. Ada foodcourt dan makanannya enak (menerima uang tunai dan kartu kredit)! Ada pembayaran untuk menggunakan pengering rambut 200 won untuk penggunaan 8 menit. Juga bawa perlengkapan mandi Anda sendiri!

Located in the B3 level of an old building, about an 8-minute walk straight from Dongdaemun Exit 8. This was my first jjimjilbang experience in Korea, and I felt great afterward. You can go to the sauna anytime, and everyone just lies on the floor. After trying it myself, I found some areas were cooler, while others were self-heating. I thought both were wonderful. If you forget to bring toiletries, you can buy them inside (the aunties speak some Chinese). Finally, the instant noodles cooked by the aunties were especially delicious, though a bit expensive at 5,000 Korean Won per bowl! (Things bought inside are always more expensive than outside~). Overall, it offers great value for money, but it's not recommended for those who have trouble sleeping or easily experience back pain!

It's right outside Exit 13 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Subway Station, located on B3 of the department store. It's cheaper than buying on-site, highly recommended, and you can stay for 24 hours. Initially, men and women are separated. They provide you with an electronic locker for shoes and belongings (my 33L hiking backpack fit in without a problem). First, you strip completely naked and take a shower in the women's area with the towel they provide, then soak in the hot springs (remember to bring your own toiletries; the hairdryer requires a 200 KRW coin). Afterward, you put on the clothes they provide and go to the sauna and restaurant area downstairs, where you can also sleep. It's super comfortable and highly recommended. There are also free water dispensers and paid beverage vending machines inside.
