I thoroughly enjoyed myself here. I arrived early in the morning, around 10 am. Before taking the elevator, it was located on the ground floor. I would recommend taking a stroll around this area. There's a cultural village and a cafe/restaurant space specifically for visitors, which is very artistic and caters to tourists. It's very modern. I had to ask the staff for directions to the upper levels, and they were very hospitable and accommodating. You have to take a lift, which is actually quite cool as you get a good glimpse of the Han River. Once you exit, you'll be guided through and have your shoes wrapped in plastic. There's also a souvenir store and a cafe if you want to relax and rest. The staff were awesome; they spoke both Korean and English. You're also given a brochure. It pays to book in advance because if you book on Klook, I was told I could take a different lift. I received a full bow when I entered, and I was like, "Oh, okay, thank you." There are three spaces: one is interactive, the second features globes, and the third is the top with 360-degree views. I loved it.

The view is amazing. You get to go on the rooftop so there's no glass obstruction! You can only bring your cell phone to the rooftop. Everything else goes into a locker on the 62nd floor. Oh, there are only stairs from floor 60-63.

¡Absolutamente vale la pena visitar! Para vistas nocturnas, este lugar es perfecto. Sé que hay un comentario que dice que el lugar no vale la pena y que el personal es desagradable. Supongo que estuviste en un día equivocado con un empleado equivocado, porque nuestra visita con mi familia fue perfectamente bien, todos los empleados fueron muy amables y serviciales, hablaban un poco de inglés, pero como puedes seguir las señales, es fácil ubicar el lugar.

A very nice experience! It's really worth it as it wasn't very crowded.

Using the QR code for entry was super convenient. We skipped the ticket counter and walked right in. It saved us time and hassle, making the experience even better.

went on Monday at 530pm.. wasnt that packed but the indoor area didnt have much to see and no seating areas. If you want to go up to the open air observatory, u cannot go back to the indoor area again as u need to remove the plastic shoe cover. the top view was nice. In total we only stayed for about 30mins.. the souvenir shop cashier was quite rude n unclear on her instruction when we wanted to purchase the photo taken.. ended up decided not to purchase.. felt not very worth it for the ticket price..
