The guide was very attentive and patient, teaching exceptionally well. I was able to snowboard successfully after only an hour and a half of lessons.

Guide Seiko was professional and friendly. She kept us to the time limit but also offered recommendations and took nice pictures of us. Thank you very much! The itinerary was rushed due to a massive traffic jam caused by the extended long weekend/holiday.

The guide was nice and informative, teaching us basic Japanese. The tour was enjoyable, even though the snow was melting a bit on the way up because it was February. However, the top was still beautiful, and Mount Fuji was clear as day.

The tour guide, Yuichi, was very informative. The trip to Kawaguchiko was also very beautiful and a lot of fun. My kids and I enjoyed the spacious bus.

This was the BEST! Jeffrey as our tour guide and teacher was amazing! I booked the bus, basic ski lesson and Oishi park. I have 4 kids and this was definitely best decision I made. He assisted with everything and made the trip super fun! From organising all the equipment, offering suggestions, pick ups, food recommendations, even taking photos! The lesson was so good, he was so patient. Our driver was also so nice and helpful. The bus was so spacious, and we got to see Mt Fuji in various areas. This was a Highlight and I highly recommend this. I will definitely come back and book the same. I’m really grateful for Jeffrey! He was so lovely and helpful.

The tour guide was amazing, switching between Chinese and English incredibly fast, and providing detailed explanations, answering every question. I loved it so much!!! Thank you to our guide Juna for accompanying us. She even played rock-paper-scissors with everyone on the bus, and I was lucky enough to win against her, receiving a small special prize, which left a fantastic impression on my child!

What truly stood out was his warm personality, positive attitude, and genuine passion for guiding. He was always ready to help and made the tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. Thanks to Ichi, this tour became one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.
