Guide Seiko was professional and friendly. She kept us to the time limit but also offered recommendations and took nice pictures of us. Thank you very much! The itinerary was rushed due to a massive traffic jam caused by the extended long weekend/holiday.

We were a small group of 7 people. Our driver and tour guide managed the time very well, and the itinerary was rich and interesting. We were very lucky! In the morning, we saw Mount Fuji under clear skies, and in the afternoon, the snow at Lake Saiko was beautiful!

We joined the January 1st tour. Our guide, Jonny, was incredibly professional, making the entire trip rich and enjoyable. This was the most informative tour I've ever experienced. Highly recommend Jonny!

This tour is highly recommended for short-term visitors as it efficiently covers four scenic spots offering magnificent views of Mount Fuji! However, the time spent at each location was sometimes too short or too long. Especially at Arakurayama Sengen Park, we had to climb a long flight of stairs, and the summit was crowded, so we didn't have enough time there. Lunch was at a designated restaurant, with a choice of four dishes, costing either 1500 yen or 3000 yen. The taste was average. Our Chinese guide, Johnny, was very kind. Overall, I was satisfied because the weather was clear and the views were beautiful.

It was a great day trip and everything was perfect. Our guide Kazi explained us all important things regarding to this trip. He is very kind, polite and friendly. He helped us with everything we asked for. And with a big smile. All 4 places were excellent. We enjoyed old Japanese houses the most. Highly recommend this trip.

Although the time spent at each attraction was not long, as long as it wasn't a crowded place, the overall tour experience was very pleasant. The weather was clear that day, and we were fortunate to capture magnificent and dreamy snowy views of Mount Fuji, which was unforgettable. Lunch was also quite rich and delicious, leaving us satisfied. Special thanks to our tour guide, Sia, for her meticulous arrangements and professional explanations. She not only introduced the historical background and special activities of each attraction in detail but also personally demonstrated the prayer culture of Japanese temples, allowing us to gain a deeper understanding of local customs. She also clearly explained the meeting times and locations and thoughtfully reminded us via Google location messages, making the entire trip smoother and more reassuring. Thanks also to the driver for his steady driving. On the way back, my friend and I both slept soundly in the car and even arrived in Shinjuku earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, this trip was well-arranged and rich in experience; it was a very satisfying journey!

Tour guide Wang was incredibly dedicated, introducing and explaining everything to us in Chinese, English, and Japanese – thank you for your hard work! Upon arriving at each destination, she patiently explained the route maps, and even took us on a tour around Gujo Hachiman. Although there was a small unexpected incident midway, we ended up gaining an extra half hour to spend in Shirakawa-go because of it. The driver was also very charming, making many adorable snow ducks and snowmen while waiting for us to explore 🤣 Overall, we were very satisfied!
