Passeios por Funaya

This was my first one-day tour with this travel agency. Our tour guide, Gu Wen-ji, was very enthusiastic and energetic, switching between three languages fluently. Today, there were Taiwanese, Korean, and Japanese travelers on the bus, so he had to explain the itinerary three times. He managed the time perfectly, without any delays. At each attraction, he provided explanations with pictures, showing us the best angles for Instagram-worthy photos, and even helped everyone take pictures. He was very attentive, especially caring about those who hadn't taken photos yet. Along the way, he introduced us to delicious snacks and special convenience store drinks, and it was clear he wasn't just promoting them. He was genuinely enthusiastic from start to finish. All the tour members were also very considerate and didn't delay any of the attractions. I hope to have the chance to join another tour with the same guide next time! 👍 However, I have a small suggestion for the travel agency: there are very few restaurants in Amanohashidate, and many tourists, so lunch took up a lot of time. It was a bit of a shame that we didn't have enough time for some spots. It would be even better if there was a service to pre-order lunch and meals.

The trip was very fun, we've really this trip. Our tour guide Allen is an expect at teaching us the history of the each places we've visited. He imparted us with knowledge about each of the places and taught us some trivias about Japan. He made it very fun, he made funny jokes, taught us some trade-offs of activities, and recommended which food to try. He's very honest too when it comes to his commendations. Ofcourse, he taught us the proper manners when visting each places and how to properly act inside the temple.

Our tour guide Steven was amazing. He really knows his stuff and kept the trip light and funny. He also recommended some places to visit and even gave us little treats. Super professional and great communication. Definitely book with him. The summer heat made the trip a bit exhausting but stay hydrated and eat lots of ice cream.

I wish we could give our guide more than 5 stars! Despite the best efforts of rain and fog, we had an excellent day exploring the coast. The countryside is beautiful to behold from both the bus and the train. Ride the chair lift, do the good luck pose, eat kaisendon and visit the temple in Amanohashidate. If you don't join the boat tour, take a stroll through Ine to appreciate the Funaya (boat houses), sip some tea by the sea, and keep an eye out for eagles and macaques. We are hoping to stay in the area next time due to this great tour.

I really wanted to visit Ine Funaya, so I made a reservation! Our guide was Mr. Goomun-gil, who spoke Korean perfectly and was also very fluent in Chinese! Most importantly, he was kind and I could feel his desire to help us enjoy the rest of our trip. The package was generally clean, and the travel time was quite long! We were fine because we slept during the journey, haha. The weather was often gloomy, with rain followed by clear skies, but it felt like a Totoro forest and was very atmospheric. Fortunately, the weather brightened up relatively when we arrived at Ine Funaya, which I had been looking forward to the most, so we enjoyed sightseeing. Also, on the way to board the cruise, we drove along the coastal road, and the sunset there was incredibly beautiful. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the charm of a small coastal village!

素晴らしいツアーでした！英語、中国語、日本語を話せるツアーガイドが案内してくれました。とても知識が豊富で、ツアーの旅程は間違いなく価値がありました。バスでの移動は往復4時間でしたが、景色は素晴らしく、カモメに餌をあげることもできました！
