It's my first time visiting this salon. I came with no expectations, but the lovely staff exceeded mine with excellent service, and of course, I appreciated that my hair was treated by Ms. Soo A. She was meticulous from the start, helping me choose my hair color, and the haircut was amazingly good. Luna is extremely professional! She clearly understood my preferred style and selected many clothes and accessories that matched my taste. On top of my usual style, she added subtle details I wouldn’t normally notice—everything looked super cute and stylish together! She was incredibly patient and recommended many fantastic makeup and skincare products. Plus, she is absolutely gorgeous and so nice in person! I had a wonderful experience and am very satisfied. The money spent was super worth it. I recommend finding your desired hairstyle online first, and then confidently entrusting it to the stylist. You can truly trust the stylist to do a great job because my bangs were originally self-cut, and the stylist noticed the uneven length on both sides. So, they helped me trim them for only 200 NTD, and even tied my hair with a bow! They used hairspray to fix every single strand. For the makeup, I have a lot of acne on my face, but the makeup artist's skills are amazing. The concealer was so good you couldn't tell I had much acne. Plus, at the beginning, you can choose between a Korean female makeup look or an idol makeup look. After the first layer of foundation, I already felt my face looked more radiant. During the process, they also provided a drink that tasted like lemon iced tea.

I love this experience! They provided makeup and tools for the workshop. You can ask for help, and sometimes they assist people individually. The explanation was good, and the experience was much cheaper than one-on-one makeup tutorial sessions elsewhere. Plus, they give out free products afterward (I received a full-size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and an eyeshadow palette that matched my eyes based on the workshop). There's a free photo booth with two prints afterward. They also gave a 20% discount for shopping afterward. Worth it!

The staff was very attentive, and the translator was also very good. Overall, the colorimetry and body shape analysis is good; it's not an in-depth exploration, but it serves as a good foundation. They also recommended products I could buy and gave me printed guides of what they explained.

The location was a bit hard to find as it involved walking up a slope, but the female makeup artist and the male hairstylist did a wonderful and very careful job! They couldn't speak much Japanese, so they used a translation tool to tell me about the makeup products they used. The final look was so neat and I love it! I will definitely come back! When leaving, they even gave me small samples of the makeup used in a little pouch! I also received some chickpea snacks ☺️ And they served drinks while I was getting my makeup done!
