Lotte World Tower beauty salons

There is only a staircase leading up, which is rather inconvenient for people with limited mobility.

100% would recommend this colour analysis! The therapist is very kind, insightful and explains everything to you! it is great way to see what colours and shades suit you

It’s my first time visiting this salon. Came with no expectation but the lovely staffs exceed mine with excellent service and of course I appreciated my hair was being treated by Ms Soo A. She is meticulous from the start of helping me to choose my hair color and the hair cut was amazingly good. Thanks to the great team and I highly recommend this place if you like to enhance your trip with a good hair cut and treatment. :)

The money spent was absolutely worth it! I recommend finding the hairstyle you want online beforehand, then confidently entrusting it to the stylist. You can truly trust the stylist to do a great job. For example, I had cut my own bangs, and the stylist noticed the two sides were uneven, so she trimmed them for me for only 200 NTD. She even tied my hair with a bow and used hairspray to perfectly set every strand. As for the makeup, I have a lot of acne, but the makeup artist's skills were incredible; she concealed it so well you couldn't tell how much acne I had. Plus, at the beginning, you can choose between a Korean female look or an idol look. After the first layer of foundation, I already felt my face looked much more radiant. They even offered a drink during the process, which tasted like lemon iced tea.

i love this experience! they provided makeup and tools to use for the workshop. and you can ask for help and sometimes they assist people individually. good explanation. and the experience way cheaper than those one on one makeup tutorial sessions somewhere else . plus they give out free products after (i got a full size makeup remover, some pads, lip oil, and eye shadow palette that matches my eyes based on the workshop). there’s a free photobooth with 2 prints after. they also gave a 20% discount too for shopping afterwards. worth it!

The staff was very attentive, and the translator was also very good. Overall, the colorimetry and body shape analysis is good; it's not an in-depth exploration, but it serves as a good foundation. They also recommended products I could buy and provided printed guides of what they explained.

Very thoughtful service! Comfortable environment! The staff are all very polite and gentle, and they offer drinks and small snacks! They confirm preferences with customers before starting on styling and makeup. A very satisfying experience! Service: 10/10 Environment: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10

The location was a bit hard to find, as it involved going up a hill, but the makeup artist and hairstylist were incredibly meticulous! They barely spoke Japanese, so they used a translator to tell me about the makeup products they used. I absolutely loved the finished look; it was beautiful! I'll definitely come again! On my way out, they even gave me small samples of the makeup products they used. I also received some chickpea snacks! Drinks were served while I was getting my makeup done!

Absolutely amazing haircut experience! The stylist was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Friendly atmosphere, great attention to detail, and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again!
